Excellent! Dryer is working and Robert provided a detailed explanation of the service performed. He also provided helpful information about the other services his company offers.

He showed up on time just as scheduled he was very polite and informative as well as his son who works with him. Once the work was done they cleaned everything up and also showed me before and after pictures of the vents. We could definitely tell a difference once they finished. I will definitely refer this company

Robert submitted a quote right away after my inquiry. The price was right, so we set a date. He was on time and did a fantastic job. So we asked him to quote waterproofing our crawl space. They worked so hard and it looks great down there. We were very impressed with their hard work, integrity and honest pricing. Highly recommend.

It was a great expereince. I was on a time crunch and they were able to do in less than 24 hours. They provided me with before and after pictures which validated it needing to be done. Very polite, professional and considerate crew. The rate was very competitive.

Robert was excellent to work with from the beginning. He responded immediately to my request for a quote. Like, nearly 90 seconds after I submitted a form online. I wanted to pay for duct cleaning for my parents as a Christmas gift and Robert coordinated everything with me so that my parents never saw the bill. He explained step-by-step what to expect and provided an estimate on how long it would take. He had a flat rate so there were zero surprises when I receive the invoice. Between my interaction with him and my parents' experience with him, it was worth every penny. My parents said the house smells fresher and there is a noticeable decrease in the amount of dust they can see on the furniture. He used a sanitizer solution to get rid of any mold (which there was mold) that was in the vents once they had been blown out. My dad was home at the time of the service and said he enjoyed talking with Robert so much. He said they were very friendly and professional. They arrived on time and got to work right away. Healthy Home Professionals is truly a family owned and run business. Good people and really good service. I highly recommend them!

Great service. Prompt, polite, and fast. Richard said this type of service was personal to him because he used to work at a major "post-accident" company, and he was part of a cleanup for a house fire due to a clogged dryer exhaust vent. He and his son knew their stuff, explained what was going on and what they saw, and said they would come out and run the telescopic snake with a camera for free to see if the vent needed cleaning again. I was REALLY pleased with the service and speed and professionalism, and will have them perform annual service.

Technician arrived on time, wore a mask due to COVID-19, was professional and explained service before and after cleaning. The cost was also better than other companies. I will definitely contact this company again for future service needs.

Excellent! Robert Pannell is the owner & operator. His sons also assist him so it is a family business. He responded very quickly & came out the same week. We have three air conditioner units & two dryer vents. They completed the job within four hours because two of his sons assistants him. They wore masks & used social distancing which we appreciated since we have an older at risk household member. He also used a healthy disinfectant spray in the ducts. It is a “Green” product. Thanks Robert & family for making our home cleaner & healthier.

I cannot say enough about Healthy Home Professionals. I have a complicated dryer vent that goes through the roof. Another company came out twice and couldn’t get it cleared. But Robert climbed up on the roof to clear the large plug of lent from the top. Then he took a camera and looked all the way from the roof to the ground floor to be certain it was clear. I will Definitely use them again and highly recommend for any type of duct cleaning.
