Our house smelled very fresh afterwards; not sweet or heavy, but clean. They provided all their own equipment and supplies. The staff were very polite and anxious to please. We are repeat customers.

I appreciate the frequent and timely communication from Sandy regarding cleaning, but I think I was overcharged. For an empty 1200 square foot single story home without carpet, I was charged for 12 person-hours for cleaning, which amounted to a bill over $600. Perhaps I am naive, but I was expecting this job to take much less time (100 square feet an hour for professional cleaners?). It was great to work with this company, but I don't think I'll be able to afford it again.

This company is great! The owner (Sandy) and her staff are all very reliable and professional. They're a pleasure to work with, do a very nice, thorough job with the cleaning, and have been great with scheduling and communication. Healthy Homes Housecleaning has been cleaning our house regularly for the past 4 years. They make our kitchen and bathrooms shine! We are very happy with their work and with them as a company. They do a great job and are very flexible with working around our schedules. They follow all COVID protocols so it always felt safe having them in our home. We would highly recommend Healthy Homes Housecleaning. Sandy is lovely as are all the staff we have worked with over the years.

"As the owner of the business I always communicate to the client to tell me if something is missed or not cleaned to their satisfaction. If the client would have contacted me I would have sent my employee back to correct the situation within 24 hours. This is our policy."

I felt like the scheduler/owner specifically tried to schedule after-hours/weekend times in order to charge a premium. Cleaning was not as thorough as we had discussed during the consultation, things we had discussed being done were definitely missed. They did offer to come back and complete the missed work, but we had already taken care of it ourselves. Staff was professional and respectful.

"I had explained to the client that our rates on weekends were more than weekly rates. My employees receive a range of hourly pay from $22 to $30 per hour based on week or weekend scheduling. I pay my employees a living wage.Also, that was the only availability we had for service. If the client had contacted me and said they were not satisfied with the service I would have sent the employees back to remedy. This is our policy. Apparently they chose to not contact me so I could have resolved the issue."

Sandy Smuckers and her team We’re hired as I live out of state and gave the home a good cleaning through out as the new tenants claimed was happy with the pics of how it came out .Just would of liked a heads up on the holiday pay would’ve arranged for a non holiday but all in all a good service
