"As the owner of the business I always communicate to the client to tell me if something is missed or not cleaned to their satisfaction. If the client would have contacted me I would have sent my employee back to correct the situation within 24 hours. This is our policy."
"I had explained to the client that our rates on weekends were more than weekly rates. My employees receive a range of hourly pay from $22 to $30 per hour based on week or weekend scheduling. I pay my employees a living wage. Also, that was the only availability we had for service. If the client had contacted me and said they were not satisfied with the service I would have sent the employees back to remedy. This is our policy. Apparently they chose to not contact me so I could have resolved the issue."
