Healthy Homes is a mold inspection, testing, removal, and prevention company. We take care of mold issues, but more importantly, we focus on preventing mold from returning. The key to mold control is moisture control. Our team consists of experts in building science. We know what it takes to have a healthy home. Water and high humidity can cause your home to drop in value and it could literally make you sick, both mentally and physically. Our mission is to change the quality of life for our customers by turning their houses into HEALTHY HOMES. We do not offer any services for radon or lead. We are unable to service if you live in an apartment or do not own the home.

Healthy Homes encapsulated our crawl space and added a dehumidifier They were very professional, did a good job and the crawl space looks great. My only complaint is that I had called the office a couple months after it was completed to have someone call me as I had a question regarding the dehumidifier. I called a couple times and It has been a few weeks and I have yet to receive a call back.

After losing power from the tornadoes a couple months ago, I got some water in my crawl space and realized I’ve had an ongoing moisture problem for a long time. Bids from four contractors were either corporate owned and overselling/crazy expensive or much lower but only covering up the water issue instead of addressing it. I finally found Healthy Homes and Caleb worked with me to find a solution for a more reasonable price. The crew completely transformed my crawl space in 3 days. I had a couple minor things pop up right after that needed adjusted but Caleb addressed them right away. Communication was excellent from start to finish. The work was put to the test with the recent extremely heavy downpours and I was relieved to have a dry crawl space. I highly recommend!

Advanced mold control called ahead of time prior to arrival. They’re overall performance of professional was outstanding. Very easy to understand of all of what was being done. Very clean and courteous. A very awesome company.
