Healthy Indoors Carpet Cleaning

Results were excellent. I highly recommend Healthy Indoors; their work is outstanding and I plan to use again in the near future for upholstery cleaning. Professional, meticulous, honest - with outstanding results. If there was an A+ rating on Angie’s List, that’s how I would rate their service!

Mike came out and I showed him what I needed done: clean the hall carpets of 2 apartment buildings including 2 staircases in each and one apartment. He took measurements and filled out an estimate on the spot. He clearly explained the process and how the cleaning would be done. He gave me a date for the following week. I called a couple of days later asking if I could add another apartment to the job and he was very accommodating. He came out with 2 helpers and completed the work in about 5 hours. They did a fantastic job and the 2 year old carpets that had ground in dirt from daily tenant traffic look new again. I'm considering having them done every 6 months to increase the carpets longevity. If you're looking for great carpet cleaning at a reasonable price (I did get other estimates that were much higher), I strongly recommend Healthy Indoors Carpet Cleaning.

Did a good job, clean and in time.

Carpet looks and smells like new. We are highly sensitive to chemicals. However Mike's natural process was safe for the entire house. We appreciated Mike's diligence, his dependable communication with schedule adjustments and his follow thru after his service was completed. We have recommended Mike to friends without hesitation.

Eric was awesome! He came measured and provide an awesome price right away. We scheduled the cleaning. He showed up on time and called to confirm his arrival. He did a wonderful job cleaning the Rugs and got out all the stains. The rugs looked practically new for the showings. My wife and I were very happy with our carpet cleaning. Mike was prompt, thorough, and very knowledgeable about the the causes and solutions to stains and soiling (we learned there are important differences). He took pride in removing the toughest of all - filtration soiling. Not too many service providers seem to take pride in their work, so that was refreshing to see. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Healthy Indoors Carpet Cleaning to others or call them back for periodic cleaning.

We were very pleased with the outcome. Stains that we were very concerned about were removed successfully. We also like to use local contractors when possible.

After past experiences with other local carpet cleaners, I had given up on having my carpets professionally cleaned. Other cleaners would be in and out of my house in less than 30 minutes. The carpet wouldn't be clean and would be so saturated that it took a week to dry. My carpet really needed a good cleaning and I decided to give it one more try and contacted Mike at Healthy Indoors Carpet. Mike was great. He is accommodating, punctual, considerate of my time, hardworking, and a true gentleman. I contacted him a week before Christmas for an estimate and asked if it could be done before Christmas. To my surprise, he said "yes". On the day of the job he phoned and texted me to let me know that he would be a little late. Now with most service people, this usually means that you get to cool your heels for a couple of hours. Mike arrived 10 minutes past our appointment! He started off by vacuuming the carpet. Then pretreated it before the cleaning. It was the coldest day of the winter and Mike took measures to seal if the door to minimize heat loss. Unfortunately, it was so cold that he had a problem with the lines freezing until the equipment warmed up. Needless to say, it took him a lot longer than expected to complete the job. Most contractors would have cut corners and rushed the job. Not Mike. He took his time and did the job properly. There was a high traffic area that needed a special cleaner that was not on the truck because of the freezing temperatures. Mike came back at a later date and took care of it. Because of the below freezing temperatures, water from the truck froze on my driveway. Mike asked if I had any salt and then salted the icey driveway. I was so pleased with the job that I recommended Mike to a friend that very afternoon. His attitude and professional is a breath of fresh air.

Mike and his assistant, Eric, were a pleasure to work with. They made old carpeting look new! They were careful and courteous. I have,over the years, used several different carpet cleansers, They are the best. Thank you to Angie's List.

No problems, except that I should have received an email confirming the date and time but that never came.

They were like brand new when Mike & Mandy were finished. They were courteous and hard working and even presented me with a coupon. I would only use Healthy Indoors in future! AND I WILL!!!!

It went AMAZING! Michael is very professional and knowledgeable of his work. He removed stains that have been in the carpet for a while. Wonderful job. I would recommend him to anyone because he's the best at what he does.

Mike and a helper showed up when they said they would and hustled through the entire house, cleaning every floor. The difference in before and after was amazing. He also steamed the wood and ceramic floors and they look brand new. The rugs that he took to his facility for cleaning look amazing, as if they restored the original gorgeous color to rugs from my wife's grandmother's collection. Would highly recommend.

Amazing, I never knew my floors could look like new. And he is extremely trust worthy. I don't need to be home and I know he will treat my home as if it was his home. Actually, better. Can't say enough about him and his work . He also cleaned an old stone fireplace which came out beautiful .

It went very well. Michael and his crew are exceptional and work ethic, knowledge of their business, and honesty. This is not the first time that we've used Michael's services. He has done such a good job that we've used various times. So much so that he offered us a service contract. The work was very careful and thorough, and done without harsh chemicals. Mike was able to get out stains that I thought were hopeless and he cleaned up after himself as he went. I was left with a fabulously clean home and I will definitely use this company again.
