Joe, was excellent. I have an older Caldera Spa. Caldera change the heater and heater board, he had to change the fittings to make everything work. He explained he was doing and why . It took longer than expected. He did not change to original quote.

Have an older 4 person spa which needed retro-fitting on control pack, heating element and wire repair from rat damage. Joseph was personable, direct and did not overcharge on the parts. Got the work done when he said it would be. Would use his service again and highly recommend him to others. Very reasonable on rates compared to other quotes.

Joseph was great! He came out diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate. I have him the ok and he ordered the parts. Gave me a repair date amd kept me up to date as to when the parts were to arrive and when he could do the repair. We have been less than satisfied with the company we purchased our hot tub from so once the warranty expired and we had an issue, I knew I wanted to find someone else. Angi lead me to Joseph. No sooner than I hit send on my submission on Angi and he called me. He even came out the same day to diagnose the issue and a day later to replace the malfunctioning part.
