We needed a repair for our water heater. Charlie did a thorough inspection of our setup and did a neat repair that fixed the issue and improved the setup. He also communicated everything clearly. We're very appreciative of what Charlie did.

Charlie was very courteous and helpful and quickly identified where the gas leak was.

Taylor Lee is the best, really and truly. We had an electrical emergency in our new home (almost caught the house on fire making coffee) the same day as we put our dog to rest. Unfortunately, Taylor arrived right before then BUT his kindness, compassion, and professionalism shone bright. He went to work on the problem while we said our goodbyes and waited until we went to talk with him to even say anything. My husband was chatting with him about the industry as he was also in the world of construction and Taylor's knowledge and kindness allowed him to relax about the emergency itself while not sitting in the silence of sadness. Taylor showed us where there was a problem with the wiring and was causing a tinder box - those pictures are rough. He quickly had a resolution that my husband agreed upon and went to work. Problem was solved quickly and professionally. We have gone ahead and had the house looked through to correct any problems not caught prior. Looking forward to working with such great people.

Kevin showed up today and I had figured out the trouble! He STILL took time to make sure that I had properly fixed my issue! He took time to explain how it’s easy to overlook a disposal plug and he made sure everything was good!!! He is one of the kindest plumbing technicians I’ve met and is a person of excellent character!!! I really appreciate his kindness and professionalism💖💖💖

He did a good job. But of course he didn’t do the estimate. That was done by Cory. A typical hourly rate for electrical work is $150 per hour and $200 even for emergency services. This wasn’t an emergency but even if we use that rate I should get a refund of $800.

We had used Heart a few years back, and they were pretty good. In 2024 we used them 2 times and very disappointed both times. It was not so much the service but very over priced. We then joined their yearly Service Deal, think we would get better service. But instead they would cancel or reschedule appts, or just not show up. I would not use them again. Merry Christmas

Michael was very polite. He was very informative. Even though we found nothing wrong with the plumbing I am glad we went with heart to narrow down what is causing the issue with my dishwasher.

Poor scheduling practices. My project that they did in 2022 has issues and they keep rescheduling me. Convenient way to get out of paying for what they did. Seems to me like they are not standing behind their work or warranty. Look elsewhere.

He was thorough, walking the exterior with me, all through the house, and even the attic as we discussed my concerns. He satisfied all my questions and concerns, and provided a range of options to consider outside the scope of annual servicing. I like that they take as little or as long as is necessary to meet their customer's satisfaction.
