Heart Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric

David arrived to repair a floor lamp and followed with further evaluation repairing or installing a number of other issues involving outlets, light fixtures, and general electrical issues. On completion, the improvement was remarkable in enhancing the brillliance in our 100+ year old home. David was very good in explaining how and why the changes would work, leaving a feeling of emense improvement which was long overdue. We were delighted with his work and efficiency and now enjoying a brighter home. We highly recommend David for his knowledge and skills for any repairs of this nature. A wonderful person to work with.

Outstanding service

The installers were very efficient and professional. The attic was very hot when they were installing the fan. They seem to be just fine with those conditions.

Veteran HCPE is BETTER than Heart HCPE Save yourselves time (+ money) and call Veteran! (720) 594-6631 I was a customer with Heart before change of ownership (over 5 years now), the business has become shady and no longer has customer's best interest "at Heart". I didn't just get ripped of with Heart, key information that would have saved me money not just upfront but in electrical costs (and more environmentally friendly for Colorado) was WITHHELD so that they can push out overbought equipment from their warehouse. Plus, the equipment they sold me is because they're a DEALER of the manufacturer (hidden interest/motiv of theirs). Beyond that they simply violated code and broke the law for the city of Erie. Applying for permits after work was completed (and after I called and complained, so they probably wouldn't have even done it in the first place if I didn't suggest a lack of satisfaction)... beyond that to this day it still is REQUESTED (not approved, and certained not issues),

Heart contacted me immediately - Even though it was on Easter Sunday. The technician performed the repairs satisfactorily. The only recommendation I would add is that I received 2 text messages, saying that two different technicians had been assigned this job, and they were both on the way. Plus, it was a little pricy for the parts and amount of time taken to complete the job.

Rick was fabulous about fixing the issues that the original installer did wrong and created so many problems. I feel I can breathe again knowing it will work properly for a very long time. I trust Heart because their technicians are always experienced and friendly.

Today, James G. serviced our heater from Heart. I appreciate how quick and thorough the service was, shown by the pictures James provided. Nice experience and thanks for the small talk.

Ben did a great job inspecting our heater!

I called Heart heating and cooling on Tuesday morning. Richard was an hour ahead of schedule and called me and met me at my house and solved my problems with my heater by the afternoon. He was honest, forthright, and professional! I will recommend Heart to anyone!

Ben was very nice, honest and thorough during the time he took to inspect my furnace and vent. He was respectable and personable so it made the inspection appointment easy to understand.

David L. was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was an annual plumbing inspection and I'm happy with the service.

Ben and Daniel from the Denver branch were excellent to work with. I highly recommend them for HVAC/HWH maintenance!

Project to be completed next week. Josh is amazing.

Great service, quick diagnostics, fast repair. Tech super nice and knowledgeable!!

This company is great, they are very knowledgeable and got the job done!

Auston was great and took the time to explain our options and what the cost were and then when given the OK to proceed his work was quick and very high standard. I loved working with Auston and want to let everyone that is looking for electrical work to give him an opportunity to impress them.

Good. Went Well.

Heart is excellent. I’m a monthly member and highly recommend them. The service my HVAC and recently have done 2 plumbing repairs. Darryl is the plumber who has done 2 jobs. Super professional knowledgeable and clean. Thank you Heart.

Very timely and completed the project

We had blockage in one of our main drain pipes, causing water to back up in the kitchen sink, bathroom sink, and washing machine drain. Jason was able to get to our house within an hour and had it fixed in less than an hour. Overall a very easy process and easy to work with.

They came out on a Sunday. Joni Knight was very professional. Listened to what our issue was and explained what he was going to do. Got the parts and had it fixed in a timely manner. Will use them again and ask for him by name.

This was a big job and for the most part it went well.

Our experience with Heart was fantastic. We had a power surge caused by lightning take out our swamp cooler. Scheduling was easy, Roberto our tech was terrific, great experience, beginning to end. They are now our go to for all home services. Added bonus, their bands are awesome looking:)

Everything was fine. Our sewer clean out line was not installed correctly, which meant that the plumber had to take off our toilet to access and scope the sewer, but he was friendly, courteous, and as quick as was possible, all things considered.

very good.
