The installers were very efficient and professional. The attic was very hot when they were installing the fan. They seem to be just fine with those conditions.

(720) 594-6631 I was a customer with Heart before change of ownership (over 5 years now), the business has become shady and no longer has customer's best interest "at Heart". I didn't just get ripped of with Heart, key information that would have saved me money not just upfront but in electrical costs (and more environmentally friendly for Colorado) was WITHHELD so that they can push out overbought equipment from their warehouse. Plus, the equipment they sold me is because they're a DEALER of the manufacturer (hidden interest/motiv of theirs). Beyond that they simply violated code and broke the law for the city of Erie. Applying for permits after work was completed (and after I called and complained, so they probably wouldn't have even done it in the first place if I didn't suggest a lack of satisfaction)... beyond that to this day it still is REQUESTED (not approved, and certained not issues),

Heart contacted me immediately - Even though it was on Easter Sunday. The technician performed the repairs satisfactorily. The only recommendation I would add is that I received 2 text messages, saying that two different technicians had been assigned this job, and they were both on the way. Plus, it was a little pricy for the parts and amount of time taken to complete the job.

Rick was fabulous about fixing the issues that the original installer did wrong and created so many problems. I feel I can breathe again knowing it will work properly for a very long time. I trust Heart because their technicians are always experienced and friendly.

Today, James G. serviced our heater from Heart. I appreciate how quick and thorough the service was, shown by the pictures James provided. Nice experience and thanks for the small talk.

I called Heart heating and cooling on Tuesday morning. Richard was an hour ahead of schedule and called me and met me at my house and solved my problems with my heater by the afternoon. He was honest, forthright, and professional! I will recommend Heart to anyone!

Ben was very nice, honest and thorough during the time he took to inspect my furnace and vent. He was respectable and personable so it made the inspection appointment easy to understand.

Very timely and completed the project

We had blockage in one of our main drain pipes, causing water to back up in the kitchen sink, bathroom sink, and washing machine drain. Jason was able to get to our house within an hour and had it fixed in less than an hour. Overall a very easy process and easy to work with.

They came out on a Sunday. Joni Knight was very professional. Listened to what our issue was and explained what he was going to do. Got the parts and had it fixed in a timely manner. Will use them again and ask for him by name.

This was a big job and for the most part it went well.

Our experience with Heart was fantastic. We had a power surge caused by lightning take out our swamp cooler. Scheduling was easy, Roberto our tech was terrific, great experience, beginning to end. They are now our go to for all home services. Added bonus, their bands are awesome looking:)

Everything was fine. Our sewer clean out line was not installed correctly, which meant that the plumber had to take off our toilet to access and scope the sewer, but he was friendly, courteous, and as quick as was possible, all things considered.

We had an issue with our furnace popping a breaker. Roberto was sent out by Heart Heating & Air to investigate. Roberto did a thorough check of our HVAC system. Roberto concluded the issue was indeed electrical. He was not able to troubleshoot since he's not a certified electrician. However, while checking our system, he found the A/C drain in the furnace clogged with Miller Moths. Had he not discovered the clog, the system could have shut down due to an interlock that senses water backing up in the drain tube. Plus, he took the time to educate me on other aspects of our HVAC system. Greg, Heart's electrician, came up and fixed the issue the next morning. After he got done, he took the time to visit with us for a few minutes, telling us about his Mom, Grandma and upbringing in Puerto Rico. He had us in stitches, laughing about his experience being raised there and telling us about his dear Grandma. We also discussed Puerto Rican food, which we knew nothing about. We'll check it out after visiting with Roberto. Roberto knows his business, he's very professional and has a "GREAT" personality. He seemed like a longtime friend more so than a HVAC technician here for a job. We've had a lot of interaction with Heart after having a new A/C, furnace, humidifier, HEPA filter, electrostatic filter and whole house fan installed. The system as a whole is awesome and all the technicians we've had in our home for the installs and follow up have all been consummate professionals. All have been respectful of our home, wearing shoe covers as they come in the house and most of all, I can tell they all enjoy what they do. When you need HVAC, electrical work, or any other services Heart performs, check these guys out. You won't be sorry.
