We hired Victor and Liz with Heartland Painting to finish all the interior window frames and casing after having new windows installed. They did an amazing job!! They were personable yet very professional. They communicated every step of the process so we knew what to expect. The quality of their work was exceptional! I almost wish we had other painting projects for them to help us with. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family!

Eric was easy to talk to and very professional. He did a thorough walk around of the house and gave me a quick and precise quote! He kept me informed on scheduling. I am so thankful to have found Eric and his team. I can't go on enough about our experience and the job they did. We had a very bad experience with new flooring from a big box store that delayed the project by MONTHS! By the time we were ready for the painting we were so frustrated and crabby with very low expectations of any service provider. I remember not even really wanting to meet with Eric because I was just so 'done' with everything. I could not have been more pleasantly surprised, Eric showed up for our first meeting on time and was so professional as he explained the process, costs involved, etc... What I really appreciated was that he took the time to get to know us and our expectations for the project. There was no pressure to add additional items, etc... His quoting system is also very professional and lays everything out in a logical manner so you know what you are paying for. And this is huge - at the end of the project the final price was exactly what he had quoted me, no surprises! We are living in our house and I work from home so I was concerned that once the project started it would be very disruptive and dirty. Again I could not have been more wrong. Eric's crew is AWESOME! So professional and courteous. Everything was explained to me as we went along. Dave and Leo were great and cleaned up everything as they went. Dave mentioned that they would be creating some dust from sanding but honestly I didn't even notice, they did that good a job of cleaning up as they went. Our original plan was to just do the floorboards and trim upstairs. But it looks so awesome and has given new life to our house - so much that we are now going to move forward with our kitchen cabinets and all of our woodwork downstairs. I am even going to have them paint the walls downstairs that usually I would do myself I feel like it was my lucky day when I found Eric and his team. I can't say enough good things, I would (and will) definitely use them again and refer them to anyone looking for a professional painter at a more than fair price!

He did such a great job we even got an award from the neighborhood for the improvement in the paint job. He guarantees his work and stands behind it 100%. He is very passionate about his work and I highly recommend him to anybody.

Eric Heipel worked us into his schedule although they were very busy, and came out to see what needed to be done. He gave us an estimate, and within a few days, they were at work. He came by that very night to check on the results, and rearranged their schedule again to come out the next day to make improvements. The kitchen cupboards had had significant UV light damage, and the initial stain job was a little pale, so they redid the stain to make the finish more similar to the other cupboards. The skylight was perfect from the first day. They worked on the front door again, too, and everything looked pristine when they were done. They did a great job cleaning up, too. <br /> What I particularly liked about this company is that Eric came by to make sure everything was perfect and cleaned up. He made sure we were satisfied with the job and did not charge us for the extra time they needed to make everything the way we had discussed. I appreciated this because we had worked with another painter last year who, when the painting was done, presented us with a much higher bill than we had agreed on.
