They were responsive and professional. The initial consultation was pleasant with them. The issue was then pinpointed and they repaired the leak. I had running water again within 24 hours.

Plumber said nothing was wrong with the toilets. They were working fine. Augered then. However, 2 hrs after he was there, the renter called and complained. I made a trip myself to check them out. They obviously weren’t working. Had to replace both toilets that evening. So, after paying $120 service call to Heartland, I felt like I received nothing for my money. Called the next day and questioned the service call. Was told they would call me back. Been 2 weeks and have heard nothing.

Backyard faucet was leaking. Company charged $150 to replace washer on faucet in back yard. Said they have to order vacuum breaker for front yard faucet. This was on 4-19. Haven't heard anything from them since.
