They took pictures of the burned coils etc., and the next morning they were here exactly when they said they would be. They had a new system replaced and installed in 1/2 a day, no mess left, no incidents during or after the repair or in the last year. They even made a make shift door to replace the wall they took out. The air works "SO GOOD" I have to turn the air up because it gets so cold. Or is it down? Regardless, they did an Excellent AAA***** job. Thanks guys. Well worth the money spent.

It was fine.  It was great.  I didn't pay extra for the check but they found a few things wrong, so after that I did pay more.  Two people came to complete the service.  It took about 2 hours because we have 3 furnaces.  They left the area perfectly clean when done.  Everything was fine.  It was all satisfactory to me.
