Jim and Dave are an excellent team and did a tremendous all around job. Jim consistently took the time to explain what he was doing, and why it needed to be done. He also offered several tips on how I could take care of some additional issues around the house on my own. Jim has tremendous expertise across all areas, and we are very happy with the final result. His price for the work completed was extremely fair and came in quite a bit lower than his competitors. I would gladly hire Jim again for future projects. <br />

It took three coats to cover the previous owner's choices. Beautiful work. Extra work was done as well, as Jim is an excellent handyman. He cleaned my desperately clogged gutter that was LOADED with dirt halfway up the roof, and the downspouts as well, leaving everything running well now. (small extra fee). I would use them again in a heartbeat. GREAT JOB!!! <br />

Jim Fitzpatrick misled me on his experience with an issue I was having with water seepage into my basement. He failed to correctly excavate and waterproof the outside wall. When the water issue and would not return my numerous phone calls or respond to emails when the issue reoccurred. He was paid to paint and replace the damage done on the interior walls yet due to the reoccurance all the work I paid for needed to be redone. He was also paid to repair/replace damaged springs on several windows which he was paid for and never did. He was paid to repair my outdoor stairway which he did not do properly and never replaced the rotting wood. <br /> Majority of the work done, including soffit, electrical, adding a wall in the garage, installation of a doggie door was completed in a haphazard and incomplete way.

"These are serious allegations, and as in all situations there are two sides to each story. Currently we are in litigation to try and resolve this issue. We have substantial invoices that have yet to be paid by this client. The initial scope of work with this client was painting and flooring. The client was presented with our appropriate licenses. I was asked for my opinion on an existing water issue within the home. Our conversations consisted of several solutions that may more work. One option was tried and unfortunately did not solve the problem. We whole heartily dispute her claim of poor workmanship. As you can see by our resounding A's, we pride ourselves on providing quality work at competitive prices. It is unfortunate that we could not satisfy this client, and regret that she is unhappy. However, in turn we should not have to take a loss because a client has unrealistic expectations. Looking forward to your continued support Angie's List."

Jim and team were wonderful. Jim is a mentor to his team and they were the most polite group of young men I've ever met in my 25+ years of being a homeowner. They worked hard and provided daily updates. As a bonus, Jim installed all of my new outdoor light fixtures and a door handle rather than replacing the old ones after painting. They were able to get our pool cage white again, and we no longer want to replace the entire cage. . <br />

The work was completed as promised and the results were fantastic! Also, the contractor did many little extras to spruce up floors not on the contract. Will certainly recommend him! <br />

From contact to completion, I am very pleased. Contractor has a very good sense of color combinations and I am so very much enjoying what he and his crew accomplished. They were on time, accomplished what had been promised and returned for overall approval by me of their abilities and talents. I am well pleased and would definitely call on them again should the need arise.

Jim was very good, honest and prompt. We removed breadboard for the walls in the bathroom and it left the walls with tears and small holes all over. Jim filled all the holes and skim coated the entire bathroom. He then replaced a toilet including fixing a bracket(or something under the toilet). Once I painted, he came back and hung mirrors and towel bars. Jim cleaned up every time he was here. He was prompt, efficient and helpful. Will definitely call him again!

Jim Fitzpatrick did a <strong>FIRST CLASS</strong> job in all respects for the remodel of my mother's kitchen. <br /> My elderly mother was skeptical at first about Jim being in her house to do this work. Jim treated her exceptionally well and she was so pleased with his services that she raves about him as well. Her kitchen is now gorgeous and she is very happy with it. I estimate that this kitchen remodel raised the value of her house by at least $10,000. <br /> I am a very picky client and I would not hesitate recommending Jim to anyone who is considering his services. In fact, we now plan to use his services for the remodeling of her Master Bathroom. <br />

I called and Jim came out that same day to give me an estimate on painting the interior of our new home before we moved into it. His price was very reasonable. While he was here I started talking to him about carpeting our house. He gave me an estimate on installing the carpet, which again was very reasonable, then he told me to check out a carpet place called ProSource Wholesale Flooring. which we did and we were able to get an excellent price on the carpet and padding. We hired Jim to do everything. He showed up promptly every day and worked long hours because he knew we were anxious to get moved in. I kept adding new projects for Jim to do and he just kept doing it all. I can tell you that we are totally satisfied with everything he did, And he also completed things so we were able to move in on the day that I wanted. I will definitely be calling Jim for all my home projects that need to be done. I highly recommend this company.

I was looking for someone to fix up my house and had e-mailed and left messages with multiple companies. Jim at Heather Fitzpatrick Inc. returned my call with in 24 hours and was able to promptly set up a time to evaluate my needs. <br /> As we went through the house I pointed out what needed fixing and Jim was able to tell me on the spot what would be required. Turns out Jim is literally a "Jack of All Trades." <br /> He gave me a bid for each project and if that bid included materials. Some materials I picked up myself (ceiling fans and faucet) and others he picked up (base boards and soffits) and would bring me the receipts for reimbursement plus a little extra for travel and time. <br /> The final price was exactly what was quited plus materials I purchased or reimbursed. He did a few extra odds and ends without any request for extra pay. <br /> All the work was done promptly and courteously as I work night shift and he was able to plan the work so that I was able to sleep during the day. <br /> I highly recommend Jim at Heather Fitzpatrick Inc. The prices are reasonable and Jim has an excellent knowledge base and eye for detail. <br /> <br />

Jim Fitzpatrick was extremely skilled and professional; it seemed there was nothing he did not know how to do. Jim has a very nice demeanor and makes sure he does work according to what the customer wants. I would highly recommend this gentleman to anyone needing work done and I will be using him again. His prices were very reasonable and I would consider him a great value!
