They were on time, professional, trustworthy, and experts.

The actual work was decent. We were impressed with the job and speed. The quote process was quick and sales person was responsive. But there were other problems. We received a quote for $75/per hour. My wife inquired 2 to 3 times about an estimate on how many hours they think it would take given the scope of the work. We didn't get a response until she said we wanted to move forward. However we never got a total estimate. They also said they would give us a date and that never happened they just showed up on December the 7th. We wanted a date because we have 2 dogs and a toddler so having notice would have allowed us to be prepared. One of our dogs is a runner. If he were to get out it would have been bad. We got an invoice for $745 and that was well above our expectations. Other company's have never charged as much as they did. My wife contacted the company, but the response didn't address the complaint. We would have scheduled them to come once all the leaves were done falling. So once the job was done more leaves fell after. We had multiple spring and fall clean ups and those range between $360 to $450.

We are new to the area and were unsure who to call for yard clean up and dirt haul away after a fencing install. We came across Heath Outdoor LLC on Angies List and decided to give them a try after recieving two bids that were way out of the price range we were wanting to spend. They were very friendly and professional, and incredibly price competitive! We did not hesitate and booked our job with them right away. The crew that did the work the very next day (excellent turn around time!!!) was prompt and efficient, and very nice. Not to mention the phenomenal job they did! They used hand tools and were very gentle on our new sod, leaving our yard clean and our grass in great shape! We will definitely be returning to Heath Outdoor for our future landscaping needs! I cannot speak highly enough about them!!

The estimate broke down the cost for various parts of the job, which I found to be very helpful and informative. They far exceeded my expectations on every part of the project and went above and beyond in making sure things were cleared out and trimmed and cleaned u[. I have never had much professional help with my yard other than mulching and tree trimming. Now that I see what great results can be achieved I'll be back in touch with Heath Outdoor!

So far we have had one treatment, and it went great. Their staff was very responsive as I was trying to get this scheduled. They completed the first treatment in a timely manner and were very thorough in treating the entire lawn. The weeds started dying within a day or two, and now my lawn looks much better.

They were professional and did a good job. We were very happy with the work done and felt they did a great job with leveling all of the stone and pavers.

first treatment didn't affect the weeds at all. I bought my own and applied it a few weeks later. Texted if the weed control had actually been put down or if it was just crab grass preventative. No response.

Really well. This is our fourth project with Heath Hurst and his crew. We have been entirely satisfied each time. All of the plants they supplied were very healthy, large and high quality. The plants included two pawpaws and three mountain laurels that cannot normally be found in Indianapolis. The mulch is very high quality. The cleanup was thorough. The entire crew was pleasant, diligent and efficient. Brandon, the crew leader, was very helpful, including helping with several changes on the fly.

If the work was at my address, then it was fine.
