They only stayed 1.5 hrs when they were hired for 2 hours. There were streaks and footprints all over the tile after they washed it. The bedroom was completely dusty after they vacuumed. Almost as if they needed to empty their bag. They used one swiffer pad to do all the floors in the house, including the bathrooms and kitchen. They wiped the counters in the kitchen down, but didnt move anything, so they were still dusty and dirty. On a positive note, they did do a nice job on the bathrooms.

We've used them twice, first time was very good, the second time they need a lot of improvement would be the nicest thing I could say. Different crew they didn’t clean the bathroom they didn’t empty the trash, they did a lot of dusting in front of me, the second crew I would not use again.I would use the first crew again, they were professional and did their job.

The last time they tried to come day early and early in the morning when the schedule was for after 2:00pm. the two cleaners were in each other way. One waoking on freshly mopped floor. Bathroom sinks dust but not cleaned. Shower not cleaned, trash not emptied. Last time was a waste of money for us.Might use againe if they have another team.

They never showed up to perform the service purchased. They called once but did not leave a phone number.

"we called several times the day of cleaning, never got an answer. called Fri 30, also to no avail again no answer. You have our phone number but never called. I've only spoke to you once and that was to set up the cleaning. we will continue to contact you to reschedule your appointment"

The company from whom we purchased cleaning called several weeks ago to say they were on their way, would be coming "early" when no appointment had been set up. It was inconvenient for us. We haven't heard from them since!

These folks are efficient and prompt and have great personalities as well. They do an excellent job, and their flexibility is really appreciated. We have an arrangement for two of them to be here every other week for two and a half hours and it's working out really well. I definitely recommend them.

So impressed. There were 2 people cleaning. They spent 5-5 1/2 hours (nonstop) They were extremely thorough. Windows, blinds, all base boards, chair rails. All cabinets in kitchen and baths were cleaned can both inside and out. I would not hesitate to recommend or use again
