Amazing. Great cleaners and very nice people.

The cleaning wasn’t done right. I called for them to come back since my carpets are so dirty my kids clothes get dirty from sitting down on them. I was told they would come out ASAP but they canceled and have been giving me excuses and the runaround for over a month. Now they are telling me my carpets are too old and need to be replaced when this is a 2 year old house. I only got this cleaning done to keep my very allergic daughter safe but all I did was waste money.

He did a wonderful job with the carpet cleaning and tried his best to get out some stubborn stains. He was very pleasant and professional.

This is an excellent company. I manage a few apartment complexes and they did such an excellent job that i didn't need to replace the carpet. We have used them a couple of times and both times I was more than pleased with the job that they did. I also had them come clean the carpets at my house. They are great company to hire and it's worth every penny you spend. They have always been on time and tell and show you everything that they did or found when they were cleaning. I recommend them to anyone in need of carpet cleaning whether it's for their personal home or work.

Heavenly Sent did an awesome job! They were professional and pleasant to work with. I was given a fair price after a detailed review of the work I wanted done. It was completed in a timely manner and looked great when finished. My expectations were exceeded! They will be my cleaning service going forward!

She is very nice but we ran into some issues. My BF hired her to deep clean. She told him she would clean the screen porch and the closets. He did the walk through with her. She did not clean the screen porch and when he asked her about it that night she told him that I needed her to leave by 6 for dinner so she couldn’t do it. I was with him and showed him the text that she told me earlier in the day that she had to leave by 6 When I asked what time did she think she would finish. My response was that perfect bc we were going to dinner. The next day she did come back to clean the screen porch and to be fair the day before it was wet and nasty from the weather. And she was very nice and came back. The pantry floor had not been cleaned at all when I asked about that she said she never opens closet doors unless told to. My BF had told me she told him she would clean the closet floors and all when they did the walk through. I just asked her to clean the pantry floor and then that would be good enough. My bedroom floor did not look like it had been vacuumed but I didn’t say anything about it. I did pick up a Little trash on the floor but I knew it wasn’t really cleaned because I had seen a tiny leaf From the dog on the floor behind the door before she came and it was still there. She did a fabulous job on the ovens the bathrooms. I don’t expect things to be perfect but I do expect honesty....lastly and the biggest reason for writing this review at all is that the very next day I noticed the blinds in my dining room were uneven so I tried to make them even. (We barely use the dining room and I almost never adjust the blinds) I wasn’t able to adjust the blinds and when I looked closer I realized the string was broken and the blinds next to them were all sideways. There were three sets of blinds in the dining room. Two of them were messed up. These are the 2” thick faux wood blinds. When I texted her and asked had she cleaned the blinds her response was that she couldn’t clean them bc they were broken and she tied the string back. She had not even texted me to tell me that she tied the blinds back up. I probably would have accepted this a little better if she had at least called or texted to tell me she broke the blinds. But she wasn’t going to say anything. I had to dispose of all the blinds and it will cost a fortune to replace them not to mention the hassle. She did a fine job cleaning; however, if she had just been honest I wouldn’t have take. The time to write this post. The cost of her coming was $750 by the way.

We can't say enough positive things about the fantastic job Elizabeth did on cleaning our home's light colored carpets. Several places were very dirty and when she was finished the carpet all over the house looked almost new. I called her at 1030 am after another carpet cleaner cancelled on me and she was at my house by 1200 pm to survey the job and get started. Luckily she was free that afternoon. Her work ethic and professionalism made her a joy to work with. We will definitely hire her again for any of the services she offers!

Elizabeth did the most fantastic job ever. She saved me from buying new living room furniture that I swore would be trash after sitting for storage for years and previous dog usage from renters. She took one square inch at a time and since it was so bad she took an extra day on it and finished by hand. Seeing how methodical she is impressed me so. If there is a better service out there, they lie!! They are the best in the business. Most professional and felt like friends upon meeting. Thanks Elizabeth for the awesome job.

I needed someone to come in and clean 3 bathrooms in my mother’s house. I contacted Heavenly Scent Cleaning and spoke with Elizabeth. When we were working out a date for a member of her team to come over, Elizabeth realized that her team would be busy and so she planned to do the work herself. She contacted me on the day of the service and was perfectly on time. She spent most of the afternoon cleaning these 3 bathrooms. My sister sent me some before and after pictures and you would have thought we had a brand new bathroom put in place. I cannot thank Elizabeth enough and will definitely reach out to her in the future!
