Bedroom, Livingroom, and Dining areas cleaned and Deoderized. It went well. Travis was promt. The method of cleaning the carpet, I was not familar with thou. He did exactly what he said would do at the estimated cost. Generally I was interested in deoderizing as there was a small dog on the premise. It probably took no more than 30 min and I was satisfied with Travis's work.

The didn't clean anything. Commercial vacuum, big whoop. I vacuumed after them (while they were in the other room) and I came up with a whole canister of pickup. Then, the vacuum they used for the edges was screaming to the hilt. Anything I know about vacuums is that if they're screaming - they ain't suckin'. Unfortunately, you want vacuums to suck! Maybe cuz the technician was wearing headphones the whole time, he didn't realize it??? Finally, they brought up a (literally) a floor buffer, sprayed some smelly **** all over, and they proceeded to just "buff" the floors. In other words, there was NO cleaning being done. They simply put perfume (cherry almond) on the carpet and then just spread it around. None of the stains came up. I ended up calling another company and got an actual steam clean. This company was a waste, and I would not recommend them to a single person, ever. Terrible!

"Hello [Member Name Removed], I’m not sure why you wrote this review. You offered to pay $40 for our time. But if you didn’t want to pay I wouldn’t of charged you anything. My technician showed up to your place at 11. And wasn’t able to get started until 11:30 because you weren’t answering the door. We do use a different process to clean carpets. But they do come just as clean as traditional steam cleaning. This is our first bad rating on Angie’s list. I’d gladly send your $40 back. You obviously have your opinion on our process. But if we didn’t get carpets clean we wouldn’t stay in business."

Travis and Adrian were thorough and responsive. The sectional was really dirty, the rug was very stained, and everything they cleaned turned out beautifully.

I would not use any other carpet cleaning company. They are extremely thorough, professional and polite. The carpet was thoroughly vacuumed even along the baseboards, then traffic areas were spot treated, prior to the cleaning and deodorizing. I have pets coming in an out and the job that they did, make my carpets look good as new. Strongly recommend this company.

The carpet cleaner was courteous and professional. He spent 4 hours cleaning and even vacuumed my carpet prior to cleaning them. Most services have spent maybe two hours on the same job. He made sure everything got cleaned very thoroughly and the results were great.

I have been using Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning for about 2 years now and have been very impressed with the results. Travis Maupin usually arrives within a day or two of our call, and he's very thorough. He vacuums each room before he starts, and is very professional and meticulous. <br /> What my wife and I like best about Heaven's Best is that the carpet is usually dry in about an hour. When we used another carpet cleaning company, it took about 4-6 hours for the carpets to dry, and that was with fans blowing on them. <br /> I strongly recommend Heaven's Best. Travis is very professional, offers very reasonable prices, does an excellent job, and best of all, the carpet is dry in an hour. <br />
