About us
Heaven's Best, started in 1983 by Cody Howard, is an international carpet cleaning company based out of Rexburg, Idaho. The reason we started Heaven's Best is because we saw a need for a different type of carpet cleaning, one that wouldn't take days or even hours to dry. Unlike most carpet cleaning processes, which are done through waterextraction, Heaven's Best uses a special technique that allows for faster drying times.

Fantastic results were achieved both in removing stains as well as steam cleaning the carpets. The four old stains were nearly completely removed and what remained was very minor and hard to see from any distance. All the smaller, newer stains were also removed. Steam cleaning was very effective and carpet looks just a few years old instead of 30+ years old!

They were fine. It may not have been their fault but the stains came back. We've decided that for the cost of the service, we'd rather invest in a machine. If we weren't doing that, I'd probably use them again.

The carpets were very dirty with numerous stains. Hans was able to get most of the stains out of the carpet. It was a big improvement in the look of the carpets. <br />

Han Herrick was very prompt, he was careful with his equipment (we have hardwood floors in much of our home), and he found and treated unnoticed spots at a very reasonable additional charge. The products he uses are pet friendly and hypo-allergenic, which we appreciate. In addition, the Heavens Best cleaning method dries quickly and without any residue or orders. <br /> <br /> We were VERY PLEASED and will DEFINITELY use his services in the future! <br />

Having our three rooms of carpet cleaned by Heaven's Best Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning was by far the best carpet cleaning experience we've ever had. <br /> Han showed up exactly on time and went to work. We have three dogs, one of which is very old, so we had some "issues" such a pet stains and then the usual traffic areas, etc. Han was very thorough in the whole process. The carpet came out amazing and it smelled so good after he was done. We weren't familiar with the cleaning process he used but it took such a short time to dry, we had everything moved back in within a few hours. <br /> Han is so professional and such an all around nice, nice person. Friendly, personable and gave us some great suggestions regarding carpeting and pets for the future. <br /> Heaven's Best Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning is who you want to clean your carpets! We would give them a million stars if we could. It was GREAT! <br /> <br /> <br />

Heaven's Best was easy to contact and schedule an appointment. Han was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, careful and extremely professional. Before beginning he explained in detail the Heaven's Best carpet cleaning process. He did an outstanding job and I would recommend him without hesitation. <br />
