He built a whole new additional room to our house. We needed it since my Mother moved in to live with us. It was to replace the office room we lost. It was delayed due to all the bad weather. Dennis & his crew always worked hard. His ideas for how the office would look were great. It satisfied my picky wife greatly. I couldn't recommend them any more highly. We've used them for projects at our house for many yrs. This was the first major project & it was done as professionally as all the other projects have always been. No one can go wrong using them & they should be as pleased as we always have been.

Had them paint exterior and do some repair work on the soffits and trim. Everything went smoothly and the owner was very knowledgeable and responsive. He spent a good part of the day on Saturday touching up and bringing things to his standards before calling the job complete. Very meticulous. We are calling him and his crew back for our new roof and gutters.

Dennis contacted me the same day I purchased the deal for a roof inspection and set up an appointment for the following morning.  He showed up with his workers on time and provided me with pictures of their findings.  Luckily I didn't have any missing shingles, but he did point out hail damage on the roof.  He informed me that I should be good for now, but that I should have the roof inspected again after the next hail storm for possible roof replacement and that he was familiar with filing insurance claims if it came down to that.  He did not try to sell me on services I didn't need.  Overall, good experience. <br />

I had some hail damage on the roof. I called  HeavenSent and the contractor showed up promptly. He gave me an estimate that insurance company was asking for. <br /> <br /> After that we chose materials and other features I wanted to add and/or was recommended by HeavenSent. I got second estimate and we signed a contract, we had to wait few days because it was very rainy at the time, but finally we agreed on a date. <br /> <br /> The work was professionally done. It was done fast, they arrived around 7 am and were gone around 2pm. They left every thing very clean. they even covered the pool so no trash was left behind. They also made sure they would pick up all the nails with huge magnets. The roof looks great and attic is way less hot in summer. <br /> <br />  I am very happy so far with the job performed and will definitely contact them again for any kind of repairs/replacement needed in the future.

I built our front deck about five years ago.After years of settling, the deck  which approximately stands three feet tall, was about  to collapse due to the deck's foundation shifting. It was becoming an unsafe entrance and I didn't possess the capability and  ingenuity to correct the problem.  I contacted Mr. Kirkpatrick at Heaven-Sent Exterior Solutions.  Mr. Kirkpatrick leveled, straightened and reinforced the deck on the front of the house.  With concrete and treated lumber, he was able to bring our deck back to its original structure.  Mr. Kirkpatrick was professional, punctual , courteous and a knowledgeable craftsman that I would hire again.
