The work was fast but thorough. They did a really great job and the price was very reasonable.

I bought this during the summer. Elves contacted me by email to ask when I wanted the work done. As we were in the midst of a Reno Intild him it would be October. Coupon was good for 6 months. When I tried to contact him by phone and email he did not respond to either. He seemed to have disappeared. Buyer beware: Do not hire this guy.

The work went very well. The windows and sills were cleaned as described. The individual arrived on time. He was very polite. The work was done unobtrusively. He was mindful of our home, even removing his shoes when he came inside to work. Overall it was a very good experience.

Windows were washed. Sides of tracks were not all done. He would not wash the screens. He only hosed them down. The outsides of the windows and the frames of the screens were not cleaned. needed to have him return to complete. He seemed frustrated that I was having him redo the missed areas.

Better than I ever expected. Although I signed up for the offer in April, health issues forced me to postpone till late June and Elves was very patient with me. I had assumed that a crew of cleaners would be coming so was surprised when just this young man showed up alone but quickly saw that he was very efficient and knowledgeable about what he was doing. All 24 windows and screens were cleaned in 3 1/2 hours and he took the time to point out a few issues with some of the windows that could use repair. Although I was hesitant to give a stranger access to all my rooms, that dissipated with his professional attitude and ability to handle all tasks quickly and competently. My windows shine! I am delighted with this job and will call him back when we have the house power washed so he can clean the outside of the windows and keep them sparkling.

Elvis did an amazing job. Very professional, organized , had a system for dismounting screens, cleaning and reassembling. Fast , clean complete. Would recommend him to everyone

Excellent . Not only did he do a beautiful job on the windows, he took every storm window out, washed it put oil on the runners, cleaned all the screens and put them back in.
