Great and good

Good price, hard workers, my own carpet. Hector is a great guy.

Hector (who I spoke to several times on the phone) and his crew (who visited my house, led by crew leader Leo) were polite, responsive, clean, fast, and affordable. They called/texted ahead of time to say when they were going to arrive, worked fast, and even vacuumed the carpet they'd just re-stretched before departing. Less than a week from initial call to work done. Would use again.

Best customer service that I could ask for .Very responsive and right on time .We needed a Carpet install next day because of remodeling we had going on in our house and called Hector just to get quote , He made it happen next morning which I never tought was even possible !His crew showed up even earlier than expected and got a job done so we could move on with our project .Really professional and fast crew ,Great quality Carpet and most affordable one out there !!!Would highly recommend them !!! Overall a good experience, there were a couple delays in response but initially very responsive, quick quote, and the room really looks great. They did a great job on the install!

Hector’s crew were great. They arrived timely and finished carpeting my whole house in one day. Hector was great. He was patient during the whole process and his prices were fair. If my budget allowed it, I would hire him to renovate my whole house! Will definitely use again.

They were extremely professional I noticed when they took up the padding there was a lot of dust and they clean it up before installing. They were on time and did an excellent job. I went with the better grade oh carpet. It was worth it. They prices are definitely reasonable. I priced around. Thanks magic carpet!!!

I was looking for someone to replace the upstairs carpet in the 4 bedroom home i had just purchased. Hector came out and gave me a great quote. His crew came out the very next day and installed my carpet in 7 hours. Quality work at a great price. They also do interior painting and will be painting my whole home this week. I will definitely do business with Hector's Magic Carpet again.

Hector and his crew did an excellent job replacing the upstairs carpet in my new home! They were very helpful and willing to adjust their start date last minute because of an overlap in scheduling with the hardwood contractors. Their pricing was fair and the quality of work and carpet was great! I would recommend them to others in the future.

Hectors carpet installation was awesome! I was impress how quickly they haul out the old, cleaned up and installed the new in just 5 hrs! Sanded my brownish hardwoods and stained to darker reddish color and sealed it. Again! Wonderful job They even do painting! Having the outside and some inside painted!! Defiantly going to be my go to team!!

Hector was terrific to work with, very professsional. He was able to come out the day after I called him to show us carpet samples and installed the carpet just a few days later. His team showed up on time and did a great job. We are incredibly happy with the work and would definitely use them again!

Excellent. We love the carpet. Hectors team was respectful, clean, hardworking. They left our home spotless after carpet was installed. Better than any major company.

Hector was very responsive and quoted me a reasonable price, maybe a little high but it was a small job and he had gotten good reviews. I had the carpet and pad already. His installers brought the tack strips. They showed up on time and installed quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up after their work and were very polite and respectful. They did in 45 minutes what would have taken me 4 hours.

Not only was the company's carpet of good value, the installation was flawlessly completed and the customer service was superb. And they offered a fair price. Having purchased a luxury condominium in downtown Atlanta, I wanted to be sure my new carpet reflected the rest of my home. The crew at Hector's Magic Carpet surpassed my expectations. (That's saying a lot coming from a Public Affairs professional described as "persnickety" or a perfectionist.) It was clear that quality performance and customer satisfaction were priority. When I began my search, I almost went with one of the bigger carpet names, but my hunch was I'd receive more personalized service from a smaller brand. I was right. I don't offer recommendations often and I don't take offering them lightly. I highly recommend Hector's Magic Carpet.
