I decided to pro-actively replace our 14 year old natural gas water heater. Other contractors refused to estimate a replacement cost or wanted to charge to come and give estimate. Lee gave an estimate, came over inspected heater and then gave a firm quote. He set the date and time for for repair and showed up promptly. He and his son set down floor protectors. Replacement went quickly and efficiently. During the replacement he noticed a defect in the PVC exhaust pipe which he explained and repaired to better than industry standards. After the installation Lee demonstrated and explained the operation of the water heater, delivered operator manual and warranty paperwork and answered all questions. This is the most pleasant experience I have had, they were professional, expert plumbers, patient, and true to their word. I would wholeheartedly recommend Mr Lee Heilman to anyone seeking an outstanding plumbing contractor.
