HELLER PLUMBING CORP.

After multiply good experiences with this company, I am deeply disappointed by their performance and the workers apathy towards customers. They caused delays by refusing to coordinate and layout. My bathroom took 3 weeks longer and incurred thousands extra in charges from other contractors involved. In the end, I view this company as only someone who takes money from customers, rather than continue long term work and referrals.

Their work was very well, they did a very good job, I have no complaints. Their pricing was high, it was competitive but the quality of the work was excellent. It was definitely worth the price.

Heat went off again on Friday. <br /> Plumber came and fixed it for the 2nd time, only this time when he left I had no hot water. <br /> This has happened 2 other times with other plumbers so I knew what was wrong. <br /> They turn down the water heater thermostat so you don't get any hot water. I guess they think you will call them back so they can charge you for another house call. <br /> <br />

There were great.  They came when they said they would.  They answered all our questions.  The worked as quickly as possible.  They came back 2x to help with two other minor issues that came up.  There 24 hour emergency service really worked. They called within 20 minutes and were here.  They were friendly.  We would hire them again  for any other plumbing needs. <br />

The Heller Crew were awesome. They showed up on time, they were very professional, clean and did an amazing job. They answered any questions I had. When the job was complete you would of not even known they here. I would definitely use them and recommend them to anyone.

As a tradesman, I am capable of and prefer doing just about everything in my house - and I don't mean little stuff - so I'm not an easy guy to work for as my standards are quite high. Including this bathroom, which I had no intentions of hiring anyone to help me with. With that said, I couldn't be happier with the decision to hire Dave Heller. It was refreshing to work with a contractor as knowledgeable, professional and straight up honest as Dave. Their work had me impressed, I can honestly say there was no way I could have done a better job myself. Most people probably don't care about what things look like inside their walls as long as the end result is an operational system - but I'm not like most people. What they did here was perfect, I don't know how else to say it. <br /> Obviously there is some serious credit due to his crew. What would have taken me a weekend or more, as it was definitely a tricky job, was done in a day. The right guys were sent, on the day we scheduled, right on time - and had everything they needed and more, as I threw a couple curve balls at them, which they dealt with handily. They cleaned up after themselves - my wife won't have to do a thing when she gets home. Dave came through first thing in the morning and again as they were wrapping up to see it all through. As someone who is generally weary about hiring anyone for anything - I found that kind of supporting presence very reassuring. <br /> I'm really not one to write reviews and such, but these guys exceeded my expectations to the point where I felt compelled to write this. Even though I'm friendly with several I've worked alongside over the years, I never really had a plumber that I'd hands-down recommend to anyone, for one reason or another. It's nice to know that anytime I get in over my head with my plumbing, I have someone to turn to and not have to worry about a thing. <br /> <br />

What didn't they do after hurricane sandy. I used someone else for whatever reason for some small stuff but I wasted my money because I had to call Dave Heller to come and correct the wrong. Dave Heller of Heller plumbing is the best, he does try to save me money when he can and I appreciate that. His workers are kind and clean and do what is asked. You will not regret using Heller Plumbing. When I moved into my house 28 years ago they were the first company to work on my house. Good work done but pricey and little support after installation.

Heller plumbing was very professional and was able to accomplish a large job in a reasonable amount of time. thanks dave! <br />

all went very well. workers were on time, polite and professional. they cleaned up everything, wiped down all pipe compounds on screw joints and sweat joints. tested and made sure all was in good working order. went over how everything worked and answered all questions. very happy with quality of work and workers. <br />
