We used Help Restoration for my home as well as my office building. Both were large complicated roofs. Ernie kept me informed of every step of the way and made sure any questions were answered quickly. Job was started/finished in the time frame given and done at a competitive price. Roof looks great and I will certainly recommend his work to everyone!

Ernie - HELP Restorations made dealing with out insurance a breeze. He took care of everything our Mortgage and Insurance Co. required. Within 4 days HELP Restorations were installing a new roof. When I came home from work you couldnt even tell anyone had been on the property. My new roof looked beautiful! Ernie and his crew are the real deal! Nothing like having your roof start leaking after a nice wind/rain storm, on the first week of February, in southern Indiana. After making a couple of phone calls and a little internet surfing, we knew just who to call, Ernie at HELP Restoration! They did an AMAZING job... Not only was the price good but they were able to start the job as soon as the weather would allow it. No job is without problems, but those problems allow you to see whether you are dealing with a reputable contractor, and we were! All the workers were capable and responsive to our interests. HELP Restoration represents exactly what Ernie and his crews do. They HELP you restore order back to your life by getting the work done in a timely manner. They are there when they say they will be, work is completed when said to be. Phone calls and questions answered in a timely manner. Our first experience was a new roof, very easy experience for us - showed up when scheduled, job completed on time. Our second experience was after a tornado. Ernie showed up when ask and walked through and around house with us to locate/inspect all the damage and needed repairs. He has been there through all the insurance adjuster walk throughs and questions. I will always recommend this company.

Ernie from Help Restoration Inc. was incredibly helpful. From the moment I reached out to him initially until the job was completed and invoiced, everything was handled in a very transparent and professional manner. I know this is not necessarily the norm as I have had dealings with a significant number of subs and contractors as my business has completely renovated two buildings! In particular, I felt very "in the loop" about each step of the process. Communication, which in this industry is often subpar, was terrific. Additionally, knowledge of the products and processes being performed were top notch. The next time I have any roofing needs, I will unquestionably be contacting Ernie and Help Restoration Inc. again.

BEST thing .... whenever I talked to Ernie he always said or did exactly what he told me. Was always on time for our meetings and sampling of his various roofing products.

Help Restoration was quick to come by and assess our roof damage due to a hail storm in late Spring. Ernie worked with our Insurance company and Help Restoration was out to replace our roof as quickly as they could (in less than 2 weeks). The roof/seamless gutters were installed and everything was cleaned up before I got home from work that day! Great job and great service. Very professional. Would highly recommend.

Help was very responsive and worked with us to get exactly what we wanted from the insurance work and the new roof. There was a small issue with the chimney and they were there to fix it until it was right. I will hire them again for other work besides insurance work because he is honest, easy to work with and is there to make sure that we are satisfied. It's like having an insider neighbor friend in the business to make sure that you get the best job for the best price.

Ernie - Help Restoration, Inc was excellent to work with throughout the process. He was onsite at the beginning of the project and several times throughout the work. His crew was here on-time when they said they would be here and were a great group of guys. They were polite and worked diligently. The roofing crew was impressive as they had the whole roof replaced and finished in one day and everything was cleaned up before they left. It was the same with the siding crew. Siding is a slower process but the crew cleaned everything up at the end of each day. You never had to step around a mess. Ernie followed up after everything was done to make sure we were satisfied and that there were no problems. We couldn't have hoped for a better experience or finished project. We cannot stress enough that you will not find a better value for a roofing, siding or gutter project.
