It was very good, on time, courteous, completed the work on a timely manner. They were all very professional.

Owner provided prompt response on estimate and work completion date. Workers were efficient, thorough, knowledgeable, and respectful of property. Honest advice given about a part of my project that wasn't possible. Interactions were friendly and genuine. The cost of my project seemed reasonable compared to a second company's estimate. This company plugs and patches drilled holes, which was a selling point for me.

The service received was top-notch. The people who did the insulation were kind, helpful, and thorough in their work.

Things started out good, but went downhill from there. I was quoted for some work, they sent me a hard copy of the quote, I highlighted what work I wanted done and for what price. They received info, scheduled the work, came out and did the work (except that they blew out one section of wall which is now bowed in my garage). Then I get a call from the office that they made a mistake and undercharged me for the work. To me, alarms went off that this was a bait and switch tactic from a shady contractor. But I worked through it with them as I am not looking to rip anybody off or get something for free. they gave me a slight discount and life continued. But, let's get back to the blow out section in my garage...you would think that most companies want to make sure that you are happy with the job that is completed. I asked what the plan was to remediate the issue. The explanation I just received was that they gave me $100.00 off for the damage and if I wanted them to come out and fix, it would cost me that $100.00. So a couple problems with that...My garage is not the same as when they came and they now want more money for something they should have done right in the first place. Companies like this give contractors a bad name and make people very weary of how they operated. I was going to have them come back out to finish the job of insulating the attic above the garage, but will not now. The quest continues to find an honest contractor that does what they say they will with quality. Not a contractor that pulls a bait and switch on me and then tries to get more money from me. Also a contractor that maybe doesn't try to make me look like the bad guy in all of this.

It went very well. They were very thorough and they cleaned up after themselves. It was very positive and I have noticed a difference in our home. I am happy and I would use them again.

Started well and I scheduled them well ahead of time although I had to demand the date I wanted; they were scheduling according to the order the deposits came in.  A few days before the date the owner called to say it would be split into two days, blown blanket, then the following day the foam application.  Not major, but annoying.  My time is worth something and given the lead time in scheduling this seems questionable at best.  The blown blanket guys were all right but failed to do a couple minor things I think they should have.  I'm not an expert on this and I expect the professionals will do a professional job.  When the foam team arrived the following day I pointed out the missing items to them and they did take care of it.  I had to put a 50% deposit down and offered the remainder to the foam team as they left.  They said I'd get a bill in the mail.  And now wonder; the bill was 11% higher than the written proposal.  The owner - who does the proposals - missed an overhang along a 16' wall which increased the foam cost.  I have no objection to the cost, but I do feel blindsided by the way it was presented.  The foam team could have warned me and failing that the owner or someone from the firm could have called to advise me about it - and apologize for missing it, perhaps.  Based on this experience I'd prefer to do business with a more professional outfit. <br />

Two gentleman from Central Systems LLC DBA Central Insulation came in and did the work and they did a pretty good job. They were professional. The estimate was succinct and the workers were pretty good, too. They both were good. The estimator didn't overcharge us, we don't think. It was a ballpark price, fair market price. They did a good job. They were on time and punctual.

It went well. One area was not done exactly as we thought it would be and Larry, the owner came out and it was changed the next day. We are very satisfied. <br />

Origina work was not completed as their truck broke down. Schedule changed and work was eventually completed. Clean up could have been better.

We wanted to insulate our garage and Larry gave us a good price and a good recommendation on the type of insulation most appropriate for the space. His workers showed up on time, completed the job in a timely manner and returned when they were supposed to after the sheet rock was installed to finish up. Great work.

Arrived early and spent a lot of time prepping the areas to be sprayed by masking off with plastic. They sprayed the areas, which took a few hours, cleaned up and left. The job was fairly good, but I did find gaps that I am filling myself with canned insulation you get at Home Depot, that is, because it appears that they simply didn't thoroughly check their job and didn't offer me the chance to look it over before they cleaned up. I was also somewhat surprised that there has been no follow-up call to ask about the job, and my satisfaction. Yes, I can call to complain, but companies should make a simple follow-up call.

He stayed right with the estimate even though we did the work a year later. He was excellent! He did a good job of explaining things to us. He gave us information about how to discourage the mice in the attic. We would use him again and have recommended him.

The estimator was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The crew that was sent out was very polite, and efficient. They also were very conscientious in leaving the site clean. The company was very willing to work within our time-frame.
