Perfect. Saved oustide tri pole light. Everyone else wanted to scrap it. Very professional, timely and very fair. I will use Brian again.

I had a bunch of little jobs to do around the home, and so I figured a handyman was the way to go. I should have ask him upfront about how much each little task would cost separately, and NOT go with his hourly rate, which he said would be the cheapest for me. Well, just to do a few little minor jobs around the home (which my husband could have done if he had time) it ultimately set me back $700.00. I was shocked! Especially because he talked with me most of the time.....And I paid for it! I wasn't realizing that talking would be figured into the fee. Shame on me. Finally, he didn't clean up at all like all other professionals have done when they finish working at my home. He left all the trash for me to pick up, and dispose of.....The only thing he did clean was his plaster supplies in my kitchen sink. Bryan knew I had a utility sink in the basement, and yet, the kitchen sink is where I discovered he cleaned his own tools at. So like I said in the beginning, if you decide to use Bryan, get a set fee up front. His work was decent, but not the best.....And $700.00 for minor repairs, should mean you are getting the BEST. Oh.....I was going to have Bryan do a roof job for me, but after his pricey fee for so little, I decided against him doing my roof. The roofer I hired knew his stuff! Yes, I paid a bit more than I would have with Bryan, but I got more! Also, the roofer used the materials/shingles I had left over from when I did the roof originally. Bryan said he would need to buy another box of shingles, and that wasn't the case at all. I know I made the right choice, as when Bryan was assessing the roof, he didn't have the same observations, or knowledge as the actual roofer had. Plus, I would have had to have cleaned up all the debris left behind when Bryan would have finished.....But, this roofer did it for me :) His name was Thomas Southwell.....I think his company is Thomas Wells Roofing on Angie's List? I will review him too!

Bryan arrived on time and was able to replace the faucet I couldn't because of a seized but the water lines & provided were too short but he was able to make it work.

This is the second time I had Bryan over do some work. The first time he installed some bars in the shower for me.  This time I had a new refrigerator sitting in the middle of my kitchen -which was about an eighth of an inch too wide to go in the space.  Bryan was very responsive. He made time the next morning to come out and address it. He took the time to adjust the cabinets surround to allow the refrigerator to fit and hooked up the waterline for me. He also  repaired and stained some molding my dog had scratched in the doorway. Thanks Bryan -Will call on you again! <br />

So you know how it goes...yeah I can do it myself. About an hour into the projects I realized I didn't have the tools and expertise to finish installations. I called Bryan on short notice and he was able to make it work. He came out quickly, assessed the projects and got it done in an hour. Actually just in time for my wife to come home.

Bryan got back to me when promised. He came out and installed a new deadbolt in my door, drilling the holes, etc. The job was done quickly and correctly the first time. He was very pleasant. I am sure I'll probably need a handyman in the future, and I will definitely be calling Bryan. <br />

It went very well. He was a very nice man, older, but he knew what he doing. The boxes were not installed correctly originally, which was before we owned the home, but now they are perfect!

We have used Bryan multiple times for a wide variety of household projects...carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting.   He's trustworthy, does quality work, and is flexible with scheduling.   We plan to use his services repeatedly. <br />

First off, Bryan was incredibly responsive. When I called around to get quotes to remove and patch up where a whole house attic fan, he was one of the first to get back to me. He was very honest that he wouldn't be able to get out until the next week, and gave me a general price quote. His quote was HUNDREDS of dollars cheaper than some other people. He came over took a look, and gave me an actual price that was just a little more than he thought once he saw it and I was still over the moon about it! <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The day I scheduled him he showed up on time (I was even a few minutes late), and got RIGHT to work. He worked fast but efficiently and was very friendly. He kept my house very clean. He needed to come back a second day in order to sand down the mud, and then paint over it. I was SO impressed with his work and how fast it was done. I truly could not have been more pleased. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />I have kept him in mind for some other small jobs that I might need done, but that I am not quite at just yet. However I had my flooring guy lay down the T nose piece over two stairs by my garage door. This prevented my door to the OUTSIDE from CLOSING. WHAT A NIGHTMARE! I called Bryan ASAP, and he made it over just the next day. He took a look at the door, and within 20 minutes he had shaved JUST that part of the door by the stair piece so that it closes better than brand new. But the best part was that he was so honest and let me know that he was just going to do that section, so that the door would still seal well and we wouldn't be able to notice that section being inward a little, and of course we don't! <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />He has been AWESOME both times I have used him, and I will be using him again, it is just a matter of when I am ready. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />You cannot go wrong with this guy! <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />

Bryan is very friendly and is an extremely efficient worker as well. I was impressed by how much he was able to accomplish over the course of 6 or so hours on his last visit. Many of these situations required creativity on his part (like anchoring the furniture to the walls) and different solutions in each instance. He figured them all out very quickly and I felt confident that the work was done very well. We will definitely hire him for other similar jobs in the future!  <br /> I also appreciate that he uses email and text messaging since it isn't always convenient to reach someone by phone, especially with a baby in the house (communication sometimes needs to be done at odd hours when you have a minute!).  <br /> <br /> <br />

Bryan is very professional and friendly. He knows all the important handymen skills, and enjoys his work. The downspouts and new vinyl soffit look great, and are much better designed than the original work on my 1920's home. Bryan has a large "brake" for metal flashing, and he was able to make nice cuts and bends to the new flashing on the garage fascia boards. One of the old pipe-style downspouts went through the garage's flat roof, and Bryan and I worked together to design and attached a cap over the opening. I have used his services before, and will call him again when needed. <br />

Bryan was extremely responsive and quick with his work. He quickly sized up the original project and gave me a quote. I then added a few more things to the work and he undertook those with no questions asked. Material costs were pass through and the billable hours were clear and transparent. His work was great and he made some needed improvements that made the work done even better. He?s obviously well experienced and doesn?t waste time.  <br />

The job went great; he was a punctual and very accommodating. His pricing in my opinion was very reasonable.

Brian was polite and personable.  He worked diligently to get the job done. <br />
