Mr. Henkel discussed the repair/replacement costs with me and stayed within the amount quoted. Mr. Henkel and his helpers replaced posts where needed, tore down the ruined boards, installed new ones where needed, and cleaned up all of the debris. Easy to work with, and even was able to save me money by retaining still good boards. I would recommend Mr. Henkel without reservation. Am already discussing using this contractor for future projects.

Victor took the time to explain what was needed and how the process would work. He went to multiple stores to find the correct flooring to match what I had which took practically all day. He respected my home throughout the process by ensuring the people he work with also respected the house and did not make or leave a mess along the way. Will use him again
