Install started yesterday 7000.00 white vinyl fence about 8 panels in noticed alot of damaged posts and pieces brought it to crews attention and they said they would replace them . They decided to take up what they started and said they would be back this morning with a fresh pallet . After calls and texts I received an email stating they will not be back. Left holes in my house and holes and a mess in my yard. This business is horrible !!!!! Communication is non existent. I do NOT recommend

They were really nice. They did a great job. He explained to me exactly what he was going to do, he showed me many options, he walked my land with me, talked about my old fence and told me some things I could do that I was having problems with there that didn't make use of any money. So he is really personable, I thought they were extremely professional and I would use them again. But when I'm looking at the back of my fence I would have rather had them put a middle section in and then went evenly on each side instead they started it at the end of the whole panel and when they got to the right they cut that panel to fit. So if you're doing tile work or anything you usually start in the middle and then they go out from the outside, so when I look at my fence once side of it there's a panel which is so short and that drives me nuts but I don't think that's anything, maybe they could do a little bit better there but I don't really complain about it just because I was very happy with their service. He kept in touch with me, he got back with me on estimates immediately, he worked around my schedule, they came just like they said they were coming and they had a great clean up. They didn't leave a mess out there or anything and I love them. I would use them again. They did a really nice black aluminum fence around the pool and he knew like what pool standards. I asked him for a lot of other options that weren't going to be as expensive and he went through all of those with me and gave me prices on all of them and talked to me about it and everything. I really like him. My mum and my step father came back and they are very elderly and they made it a point to speak to them and everything, which that's a big deal to me. They are really personable.

Price was average for this area. Work done on schedule and on time. Clean up was OK but some trash was left behind. A problem arose with the size of  the gate but it was taken care of without having to come back. <br />

They came on time; they worked (even in the pouring rain); the job was completed to my satisfaction; they cleaned up after. I was very pleased. They were polite and professional. They completed the job very efficiently. I will use them again and recommend them to everyone. <br />

"A+++" job.  We had quotes from  other companies, but Rusty was always immediate to respond and worked with us on <br /> complying with our HOA.  His price was very fair--and less than anyone else.  From getting the go-ahead to job end was less than 3 days!! This wasn't any easy install, and they did a great job. <br />     We had already had the utilities spotted for another job, but Hercules Fence ordered a new mark-up anyway.   His crew chief Pete and his partner were always professional, always showed up on time, and worked continuously. <br />     Fast response, good work,  and the best price.  Why use anyone else?

<p>Hercules Fence installed a board on board fence for us. We needed a privacy fence for pool area in backyard, as our older fence was in bad shape.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>They came out and measured and call utilities to "flag" area of underground wires for them. They company was really busy, in about 2 weeks they came out on 3-31 to install settings for gate and posts. Came back next day and put on boards. The board-on board was done by hand ( they didn't use pre-made set). The workmen were nice, professional and absolutely detailed on every board they put in. The fence looks GREAT, and it is level, and every board is lined-up with each other.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>We highly recommend them, and love our fence!</p> <br />

Great response from the onset. Price was great. Professional from the onset. Called to let us know when they would be here for install. We were very pleased. <br />

Other companies gave me a quick estimate, but Hercules were the only ones that offered to contact power companies and flag off areas. They were here the next day and I was very happy with the results!
