We are very happy with the service they provided! They were punctual, knowledgeable, professional, and very neat during every step of the process. From the first visit, where they surveyed the situation to give us an honest assessment of what needed to be done, as well as explain in great detail every step of what they planned to do and patiently answer all of our questions. To the next visit where they removed the gutters to check for holes, patch the holes except for the main entry point, where they installed the tunnel that would allow the squirrels to get out, but not back in again. To the next visit, where they checked everything again. We told them that we caught and removed what we thought was the last remaining squirrel in the attic, and had not heard anything more since then, so they told us they would be back in about a week to finish the job. To the final visit, we again confirmed that we had heard nothing more since their last visit and they again checked the roof and the attic, and confirmed there was no evidence of any squirrels remaining in the area. They removed the tunnel, closed up that hole, and put wire mesh all around the house, under where the gutters would be replaced. They also put wire around anything on the roof (such as exhaust fans) where they thought squirrels might try to get back in. They then sent another company to replace the gutters that were removed. Soon after that, we did see some squirrels on the roof, apparently looking for their old point of entry, but I am happy to report that they have not been able to get back in, and at this point in time it seems that they have given up trying! We are very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend Heritage for this type of problem.

The termite treatment gentleman, John, and the crew were very courteous and helpful in answering questions. They were very thorough with their inspections before and after. I don't think I would have gotten the same kind of services if I had gone to a big pest control house.

Not totally effective, but a great improvement

It took 2 treatments, but they resolved the problem. The company was very responsive, very diligent in their work.

No more mice!!

I have year around maintenance, because the neighbors next door through pizza in their backyard and created a rat problem. It is $800 a year. They put bait boxes around the perimeter of the house. I think they need to use a variety of products to combat the situation, then just using the same stuff. They will come when you need them right away.

Heritage sent two guys out right away to clean away the existing damage and put Termidor in our foundation and perimeter of the house to prevent them coming back for the next 7-8 years. The team also did regular pest prevention, set up traps, sprayed for crickets in our crawl space and walked the entire house with us to show us what they did. All the products they used were pet-friendly and safe for our Beagle mix.

I was surprised that they did it correctly, on time, and without reminder. I was very pleased with their service and they are one the best companies. In terms of service, they are excellent. I would hope that I would never have to use them again due to their great quality but I would use them again if I needed to.

They did a good job as far as I know, we don't have any bugs anymore.

Very professional and followed up. We are still waiting on the baited traps, so premature to confirm how well everything went.

Both Rick, (the first tech) and Jose, (the second tech) came on different days, (2 weeks apart) to survey, bait, inspect and plug up holes. The bait that Rick laid out would make the rodents sick and die after two days (outside of my house) so they wouldn't perish inside my walls or pipes to smell.   <br>Two weeks later, Jose came by, inspected the baits traps for any disturbances, (which there were not).  We only had one rodent per year.  But that was enough for us.  -LOL!  Then, he plugged up all the exterior holes with a very coarse steel wool material which would severely hurt any potential subsequent rodents should they try to gain access.   <br>Both technicians were courteous, patient with our questions, educated us on rodent activity, and Heritage Pest Control practices. We were very happy with their service!   <br>
