Their guys have gotten younger and less experienced. They were kind of tag teaming and I had to watch them quite a bit, but they did do what I asked. They did want to cut some corners as far as taking some grill covers off and cleaning the vents.That part I wasn't happy about, but I'd still probably use them again but have to supervise them a little. I had used them several years before. I had a brand new house and the roof was leaking down on to the the HVAC system in the attic. This guy he took all the time in the world to show me where i need to look at on the burners, the switches, why the plug was not working..etc. He went into detail to educate me, know they got a crew that's younger and less experienced. Their availability was good. They did come out on a short notice. I thought the price was good, it was average. We had two units, which was $45 a unit. It was a good deal.

They were pretty good. They seemed to be good folks. They did what they said they were going to do and I was pleased with it. We kept them on a contract and they were reasonably priced.

They have done a good job. In December we had a couple of problems with our heating going out twice and they came by and fixed the problem. They had to replace a compressor and one of the motor, and they replaced everything relatively quickly and got us warm quickly. They did a good job. Their price was reasonable. I was pleased with their service.

We attempted to change out our thermostat and somehow blew a fuse in the system. The next morning we called to schedule an appointment to come out and have a look at the AC. They asked if we were home now and they sent someone within 15 minutes. Fixed the issue and were done within 30 minutes. I called another company and they were a little cheaper, but weren't able to come out until later in the day. <br />

Serviceman arrived promptly.  Was friendly, yet businesslike.  He completely fixed the problem in short order.  His service was totally satisfactory. <br />

I pay a yearly fee of about $200 for that service.  I would tell other members that they do good work and they are reliable.  They will be back again in the fall.

Our AC went out on Monday evening and Hermitage replaced the float switch on Tuesday afternoon.  We were pleased with the knowledge the technician had, and it took very little time for him to identify the problem.  He was also able to confirm we needed to have some ductwork repaired. We will call Hermitage to schedule that service as well. <br /> <br /> I was frustrated with another local company in they didn't seem to have enough service personnel so there was always a longer than expected wait for service.  This wasn't the case with Hermitage and I am so pleased with their customer service I will purchase a service contact for regular inspections and will use them exclusively for all our HVAC needs.  <br /> <br />

The duct reworking was completed in one day with three men on the job. We have been exceedingly pleased with this reworking. Out heating and cooling costs were reduced by at least $200-300 each year. My dealings with this firm have been very pleasant over the years. We renew our service contract each year, and the firm always sends reminders for twice-annual servicing. They are honest and frank in their dealings.

They are friendly, efficient and polite. They told me how long it would take for the installation and that is how long it took. The best part is that the units work. The price was the best and the quality was great.

I have had Hermitage out here several times. I would refer them to friends and family. Hermitage has great people. They work with you if you are having financial problems, like they will make a payment plans if you need them too.

Hermitage Heating and AC does an excellent job. The same person has been coming to do the inspections for several years, and we greatly trust his opinions. Other people in the neighborhood use their services, too. We are very happy.
