Excellent service

We were told the issue was a clogged drain and were charged $360 to clear it. After more than an hour of trying, the plumber then said he needed to remove the toilet and charged an additional $150. In the end, we were told the real problem was that the pipes need replacement. My 76-year-old father paid $510 and did not get the problem fixed, only a diagnosis. Very frustrating experience. Customers should be clearly told when a job changes from a repair to a diagnostic visit and what the total cost will be before additional work is done. ****Update: We had another plumbing company come out and complete the entire repair for $450. That made this experience even more disappointing, since my 76-year-old father paid $510 here and only received a diagnosis, while another company fixed the problem for less than the diagnostic visit cost.

Hernandez Plumbing did a great job repairing my leaking toilet this time! Once again hats off to Yovani whom I had before for a prior job a couple years back and as always Yovani did a great job on this visit. He is not only very professional & knowledgable, but is always on time and is very communicative with the client throughout the whole process from to his ETA on his arrival to the completion of the job!! Well to start off they over charged my elderly parents $1200 dollars just to find the leak and cap it. Then they wanted to charge them $2800 to run 40 feet of pipe to bypass the pipe with the leak. I reached out to them about the price they never returned my calls or emails. I even called the Supervisor that gave my parents the quote and texted him he never responded. Needless to say I called another company and got it fixed for $700. Freddy Castañeda
