Zoltan was excellent. He was on knowledgable, on time, and reasonably prices. He called in advance and was very polite and professional. I'll use them again in the future for sure.

The guys did a great job cleaning and servicing my furnace and A/C. They noticed there was some insulation missing from one of the refrigerant lines on the outside A/C unit, they offered to put some new insulation on it at no charge. Since then my A/C has been working much better! Will definitely hire them again!

They replaced my 40 yr old furnace in 1 day. I ask a LOT of questions since I'm a recovering engineer ;-) They answered everything and after reviewing all options they actually recommended the lowest cost option. Really know their stuff and left my house cleaner than when they arrived. They were about 10% lower cost than some of the other guys. BTW, furnace works great!

James and his team were very helpful in making the decision, never pressuring us to spend more than we felt comfortable. They were on time, worked efficiently, and had us back to a warm house in less than 24 hours after the fist visit.

The Bosch website does not list a repair person in the Denver area for water heaters. I got Herrera Heating's number from a place in denver that repairs other Bosch appliances but not water heaters. Mike was very timely in setting up the appointment day and a one hour time frame (between 9:00 and 10:00) A little before 9:00 he called with a more specific time within that hour and showed up right on time. The Bosch is a pretty high tec unit. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it it very reasonable time. The problem he diagnosed was P1 and P2 fan speeds were not set correctly. There were some problems getting into the integral program to do adjustments to the unit, but a phone contact with Bosch USA service clarified the confusing directions and the proper adjustments were made no problem. The cost to me was about $200. I had visions of having to replace a 2 year old $1000 water heater so I was delighted to get it fixed for what I consider to be a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Mike and Herrera Heating. I will call them the next time any HVAC problem arises.

Honest, reliable, and trust worthy. I have James the code to get into my rental property on New Year's Day and he was able to have my furnace up a running game again no problem once part stores were opened on the 2nd. I would most deffinetly use Herrera again.
