Henry and his team have been nothing less than professional, pleasant and treated us like family! Henry is very knowledgeable in his line of work, and goes above and beyond what you’d expect. He is a great guy to converse with, and is genuine if you have any questions about other things related to handy work. We had numerous already-occupied rooms throughout the home painted by Henry and his crew. They worked quick, communicated constantly with us, and ensured our furniture was completely protected from paint spillage. Their work, just like any handy work, had minor imperfections in various areas. Anyone that claims to have perfect work is deceiving you. However, Henry and his team ensured we checked their work multiple times throughout the job allowing us to annotate any imperfections which were promptly corrected. Overall an honest man with fair pricing and a hard working team!

Everyone was extremely polite and very well mannered. The service was done in a very quick amount of time, and was done on a very professional grade level. Walls, trim, and ceiling work were done very well, and the place was left looking better than it did before any service was done. Henry does a great job of letting the customer know when they will be there, and how long the job should take to get done. There were some problems left by the previous workers (not on Henry’s crew) and he was willing to fix their mistakes, even though they did not make them. They were willing to do so, ensuring that the place was left looking like a professional came to work and that I was satisfied with my living areas. The overall experience was pleasant, and I am highly satisfied with the work that was done. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs painting services.

Mr. Herrin was very professional and polite. The work was excellent. He finished on time and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My kitchen and bathrooms are stunning. The paint was purchased, and Henry was to pick up all the paint. I received a call from Home Depot that the paint needed to be picked up. I had to go pick up the paint myself. He was supposed to show up 7/11 @ 8:00 he called and said that was running late he showed up at 10:30 and left at 3:30. He required we pay 1/2 up front a check was given to him $2250.00. The next day he said he would be here at 8:00 and he called and said he was running late and showed up at 11:00. He had helped the first two days then he was alone the rest of the week. We were told it would take him 5 days. He came in Sat morning and wanted to come back on Sunday, but we said no. He called in sick Mon, Tue, Wed and did not show up on Thursday. I am 80 years old my wife is 77 we are both disabled. He would put his music on speaker while my wife was in the room watching TV. He got paint on all our brand-new kitchen appliances, large drops of paint all throughout the house on our linoleum floors he said would come right up but it did not. Our bathroom sinks with black handles were covered with white paint our kitchen sink as well, He did not clean up any of his mess. The paint job is so choppy you can see the streaks, you can see globs of paint, parts that are not painted at all. We asked him to paint our white over the toilet cupboards, he took them home and painted them and brought them both back broken over $500.00 for both of those cabinets. When he came back on Friday, we told him to get out that we did not want him here the way he left this house and the very poor quality of his painting. We told him we were filing a claim with Angie’s List, and he said he was as well. My wife who is very OCD has in severe panic attacks this entire process and I am very stressed and have heart condition. What professional leaves the house at the end of the day with paint all over the floors and appliances. My daughter was ready to put both of us in the hospital for the high stress this caused on us. We had friends come over and sit on our floors scrubbing and scraping paint off for over 4 hours and it's still not all gone. We are truly traumatized by this entire experience. We were living out of our garage for over 2.5 weeks with all our things in there waiting for him to be done. We have pictures to document every claim above. My name is Jennefer I am the daughter that lives her to take care of my parents. You will never know the Nightmare/ trauma this has caused my parents. They do not deserve the disrespect, unprofessionalism rendered by a 5 star contractor on your list. I am having to deal with their health issues caused by this experience.

Was a pleasure to have Henry paint my house. He was polite, clean, and fast. Definitely will use him again!
