We have been in businees for 30 years with a lot of happy customers I started out in New york city in 1979 working for a oriental rug restoration company and became general manager, started my own down here in 1985.

Did great work, very professional, and cleaned up well after job. A bit more pricey than other quotes, but worth it because a power stretcher was used and the work is guaranteed. Would recommend.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. My carpet had high traffic areas, and he guaranteed he would be able to clean it. When I saw the cleaning I could still see the traffic areas. I went with Hew to each room and he admitted it wasn’t clean. He said he would come back on Monday to finish the job. Then, he wanted me to pay him the full price for an incomplete job. I tried to speak with him & say half today, and half when you finish tomorrow, but he kept yelling and slamming his hand on the counter saying, “I want all my money.” I asked him to stop yelling but he wouldn’t. I stepped outside of my house because I didn’t feel safe & asked him to come outside and speak with me. He refused to leave my home, didn’t want to accept partial payment for partial work. Police were called and had to escort him from my home. At this point I was just going to pay him to get him to leave. Escorted by the police, he asked if I would pay with a credit card instead of a check. (Absolutely not) Then, he went on to ask me if he could come back on Monday to complete the job? (Absolutely not) He did provide a receipt marked PD with a note saying I refused to let him come back and complete the job. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism in my life. I was so scared because I didn’t know how much more volatile he was going to become that I left my own home and had to contact the police to remove him. I ended up paying for services that I didn’t receive. I don’t recommend Hew to anybody.

"The carpet is olifin carpet which means it is not a natural fiber for example the master bedroom something or someone went around the bed and caused a padded down look with deep black stain within the padded down area all the black stain is removed leaving the padded down area, 4 of the 6 areas has the padded down area so ms [Member Name Removed] pointed out she want the carpet to look like these two rooms which did not have the padded down look which was not padded because they where hardly used which is impossible which ms [Member Name Removed] wants the carpet to look brand new, ms [Member Name Removed] use bad word like the ?f? lots of times very rude and unreasonable person. I've got some really old berber carpet and it's seen a lot fo wear, pets, some leaks, etc. Overall it went well. Hue came out and inspected the stain I had and explained that it needed more than just steaming because it had browned already. He treated the spot and cleaned it and everything looks great now. I had him out a second time to clean the carpets completely and he did a thorough job. I had a few spots that didn't dry well and he came back and re-cleaned those and left fans on it extra time to make sure it dried.

It was done very well. I have HEW steam clean my carpets every year before Thanksgiving. I know they are sanitized and all the coffee and wine spots are gone. They look so much better, and he gives us plastic booties to wear if we need to walk on them the first several hours.

the process was reasonably quick, and professional. The only critique i would make, is that the carpets "bunched up" a bit as the steam cooled. This made me nervous, howerver when i contacted you about it, he assured me they would go back to normal in 24 hours. He was correct, they looked great after another day.

Hew's is always responsive, even when we find a problem after normal business hours. He lets us know when he is able to stop by and is always on time. He's helped us remove the wet portions of the carpet so that we can dry out the basement, as well has ordering new padding and installing it at a really reasonable price.

Landlord didn't believe anyone had cleaned the carpet; the rep got the days confused and tried to pin it on me until he realized he was wrong and got quiet. For a little more elsewhere, I'd have gotten far better service and a happy landlord.

"First of all when she call three days before I did not understand her pronunciation of her name however we figured it out. This lady have 9 children, 3 dogs and one cat and they all had free run of the house, when I got there we did a walk threw there pet feces, pet urine odor and stains, dirt, grease etc, she had purchased a coupon unlimited area steam lightly soiled , 200 square feet will be treated for heavy soiled, based on the condition of the carpet suggested extra heavy cleaning and she said she could not afford I got sorry for her and used all the solutions, tried my best job. I just you get thanks for being nise to people, in future I we walk away from a job like this, I learned my lesson."
