Hew came to give an estimate, and I hired him on the spot. It was obvious he knew his business. Hew carried through with the project to perfection. My problem with the abominable cat urine damage was solved! Please note that I have had three other services come in to clean and disinfect the carpet before Hew's Carpet Care. Not only was he professional in his work, but he was also a fair and helpful gentleman.

First let me take a moment to thank Hews Carpet Care, and the owner for taking such great care with our carpet and stairs and leaving our floors and stairs looking like they were new once again! We needed to have all of the carpet upstairs in the bedrooms & hall way stretched as well as all of the carpet on stairs stretched and retacked and we had 3 flights. Not only did he do an exceptional job but Hugh the owner was professional, and and truly an expert in his craft! He also had a wonderful personality and his only goal was to make sure you were happy above and beyond. He also provides a warranty, so working with a craftsman with over 40 yrs of experience in his trade, he went above & beyond what we expected and we couldn't help but provide him with a nice tip to show our gratitude!. Excellent job. Hew's Carpet Care (Hugh) stopped by to work on our large master bedroom carpet which had developed some small humps / folds over the years since installation. Hugh was prompt in getting ahold of me through Angi's shortly after I submitted the request. . He stopped by and provided the quote and work at the same time. Hugh is very knowledgeable, experienced, personable and "old school" in his work. He doesn't cut corners and explains issues as he's moving through the process. Very satisfied with his work. Highly recommend!

Job was done perfectly. Provider went out of his way to get rid of a tough ink stain on a cream colored carpet. Looks like new. He was extremely courteous and professional. I would definitely use him again and refer friends and colleagues to him.
