I paid $500 for this company to fix a severe backup of my toilet and flood in my bathroom. I checked the symptoms on the internet and saw that the probable problem was a clogged stack. Hunter spent four hours supposedly unclogging my drain lines. The symptoms I had noticed before and indicated that a simple clogged stack was the problem have showed up again only a week later indicating that the problem was not fixed. I called Hunter to come back to fix the situation, but he said he’d check the schedule. To me this is unprofessional. He charged me, but did not fix the problem. I am not satisfied, especially if a simple cleanout of the stack might have fixed the problem.

You had requested we come out on a Saturday December 9th due to your work schedule and I said I would have to check the schedule to get a time for you. I also recommended that we send a camera down the line to find the source of the problem due to it backing up one week later shows signs of a active problem that won’t be cleared with just a cable."

I was in need of service and HG Plumbing was suggested. I received an immediate call back and he was able to come out the same day and fix my plumbing issue. I couldn't even get a return call from the other companies I had called. He was professional and very easy to work with. Being a woman, I was very comfortable with Hunter. He fixed my problem quickly and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of when he gave me the bill. He is now my 'go to' for all of my plumbing needs.

They arrived on time and got to work replacing my main water line from the meter to the house. Very professional, kept me informed about the progress and kept my water on as long as possible.
