Initially, we were impressed with the company's work and professionalism. They provided a list of all of the items they would clean at each visit. Over a period of several months, the quality of the cleaning went downhill. Several areas that were specified in the list of items to be cleaned were covered in dust. Small piles of dirt were left in the corners on the stairs. Would not recommend.

H & H Cleaning Service did a great job on a moments notice.  We had moved out of our residence, quick turnaround with the selling of our property, and Rosalind and her team were quick to respond to my request, manage the job efficiently and professionally, and we were pleased with the outcome. <br />

I was very pleased.  The crew members were pleasant, but didn't chat or waste time.  They got a lot accomplished in 6 hours! <br />

There were four women doing the cleaning and they did a great job.  First time they were here and I could find no fault with them at all.  They were very courteous, professional and pleasant women.  I have had many cleaning ladies and they rate among the best.  They tried very hard to please me and they succeeded. <br />

They did a fine job. I thought that the deal was a good price. The ad was a little misleading but it didn't affect the quality of work. They were pretty quiet but if I talk to them, they talk to me and were friendly to me. The cleaning was on time.

We really like this team.  Roz reminds us of when she's coming a day ahead of time, and alerts us if she sees anything wrong.  The team works hard, and Roz is very upfront and fair when she is quoting or communicating with you about a job. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />They also seem to be genuinely nice and good people -- people you'd feel good about being in your home. <br /> <br />Give H&H a shot -- I think you'll like them! <br />

They did excellent work. Instead of one person for four hours, it was 4 people for one hour, which was great to have them in and out of the house so quick. They did a quick assessment when they got there and started on the dirtiest places first. <br /> The only downside, was the difficulty to communicate and get scheduled as this part was a bit disorganized. <br />

I had contacted 3 service providers from AL and Rosalind was the only one who was able to accommodate me. She is very professional and courteous. She was unable to schedule me on my first choice (because I had waited until the last minute before company) but she offered an alternative date and time that was workable. <br /> She came out 2 days ahead of time to give me an estimate. I was "unjunking" 2 bedrooms and had stuff everywhere, but she was not scared off! She gave me an estimate of 2 1/2 hours but told me if it took less, she would charge me less. She told me in detail what she and her staff would do and how I might prepare more for the visit. She listened to and addressed any concerns I had and she understood that I was the customer and she was willing to do things the way I wanted it done. <br /> On the day of the cleaning, she communicated with me several times so that I would know exactly when to expect her and her staff. They dusted from top to bottom each room, including ceiling fans, walls, window sills and any furniture that was not overly cluttered. They also cleaned the glass on my china hutch and other furniture. They scrubbed the shower and the tub in each bath, they vacuumed carpet and swept and mopped linoleum and laminate flooring and emptied all trash. <br /> I checked a few key areas before they left and I was pleased with the results. I've previously had problems with others who do not clean the bathrooms or laminates very well. The crew was done inside of 2 hours which made me happy that it took less time and less money! <br /> Rosalind has a loyalty program which is an incentive for me to continue using her services--along with the fact that she and her staff did an excellent job and now I am ready for my company that gave me short notice! <br /> THANK YOU, Rosalind! You and your staff are a life saver! <br /> <br />

Actually, we are still using them twice a month, so I would say it worked out pretty good. There were no additional charges to the Big Deal cost. They are very responsive and attentive. They always send me a confirmation that they were coming. If I have any questions at all, they always respond very quickly. I think their price is very reasonable. I do not have any complaints at all with the quality of their work. It is fine. I am not at home when they come. We just leave them a key, but from what I understand, I am the first house on their list the day they come to my area. I think Roz is very professional. As far as I know, there is nothing that ever been broken or anything except one time, she knocked a candle over and sent me an e-mail about it. I did not even know she had done it. So, it was like beyond what I would have expected. I probably would not have noticed it.

They were excellent. They were really fast. It was like whirlwind, it was like standing in the middle of a tornado. It took way too long for them to get back to me. It took about 6 weeks after they came to clean to send the information.
