"Thank you for your review. Most (99%) clog issues are solved by snaking out the lines, but sometimes we find that your septic tank is full and needs pumped out, or even a more serious problem. In this case there was a problem with your septic tank. The drain lines can also become clogged as a result of a septic tank being full so even if you pump out the tank, it is very common to still need to snake the lines. It is a 50/50 chance for sure, who to call first, septic guy or plumber, and we try to tell everyone that before we begin. You told us to go for it and let's hope for the best, we did. Why do people immediately go online instead of calling me to help them if there's a problem? (insert sigh here) I will keep trying to help people anyways. God bless, Bill"

"Well this one makes no sense to me !! You insisted on buying your own tile and materials, and when I offered, you refused so you could save money. Very strange review. Also we replaced every single pipe in this house, gutted and completely remodeled both bathrooms in 2 weeks !!! And you told me how happy you are. Every step of the way, price, work performed, everything, explained in detail, and in writing, and signed and approved by you. We were also way cheaper than the competition, you showed me, and also cheaper than the actual con man that came before me and wanted triple what we did it for. And me? A con man? I've never taken advantage of anyone, ever, in my 42 years in this business, in this community, and that remark is totally uncalled for. How dare you go online and say this about me!! You could have just called me if you were unhappy with something, you certainly felt free to text me all the time, even Sunday nights. And I responded. I just don't get this one. At. All. "Wow, not sure how to respond here Thea. Know how? I'm a master plumber with over 40 years experience, I will be the first to admit I don't know everything but I do know a little !! I personally supervised this job each day. She is a taking care of her elderly father so we had to come up with a good plan. We replaced every single pipe in her house, drains and water, 100 ft long sewer, in the rain, and completely remodeled, down to the studs, both bathrooms, tub, tile shower, everything, and had this completed, to her satisfaction, in 2 weeks!! That's 10 business days ! I even offered since she had her hands so full, if she needed anything moved or any help around the house while our strong young guys are there to just ask and we will help. I asked her every day if all was to her satisfaction and she said yes it is. I can't even get my head around this one. Oh btw, we were 500.00 cheaper than the next guy she told me. I hope I don't sound bitter it just hurts a little when I bend over backwards to make someone happy & help someone then see this. I'm grateful for the work tho, and everyone is certainly entitled to their opinion, just wish people would talk to me first before leaving a review like this."
