HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE- will never recommend to anyone. The skinny dude, that did the interior cleaning stole items from my car, and when inquired of missing items, they said that they "put everything back" however there were items on the seat of the car that proves nothing was put back. The wax was not a carnuba wax, and was a bottle spray wax - no buffing on the car. Show room quality ? HA ! They did not vacumn fully and i had to point out to them their errors of what they missed - WHAT KIND OF COMPANY DOES NOT FULLY VACUMN when providing a show room detail. The owner called this company after several employees reported items missing from their car, and the owner did nothing , and was not concerned in the last bit, nor offered to make it right. At best i would have paid $35.00 for the service that they paid $95.00 for ! Than for a full size truck almost twice the size of my luxury car - they charged that coworker the same price ! RIPOFF ! This coworker also had cash , and items stolen from his truck as well. I would advise anyone reading this review to keep scrolling and never consider ever again !

"#1 you guys did not contract me, you contracted experts mobile detailing so there's no reason why my business is suffering for this. They gave us a list of there packages and prices that they use and that's what you were quoted by. Hi Tech had nothing to do with it. There was nothing stolen from the cars because we made sure that everyone looked through there cars before leaving. All these accusations are false and not accurate."
