Chris and his team did a great job installing an irrigation system at my home. He and his team were professional, on time, and on budget. He was very responsive and there were no surprises. I would definitely work with Chris again and I highly recommend.

Very poor service. Of the 3 locks that were re-keyed, 2 did not work after the work was complete and the locksmith left without testing them. Once we tested and discovered the locks did not work, we called to have the locksmith return, which he did, and was able to resolve the issue with 1 of the locks. The other was a sliding door which worked fine prior to the re-keying, but stopped catching after the work was done. The locksmith said he would return with a new part that was needed for the door to function properly, however over a week went by without any communication. I repeatedly texted and called, and he finally said he had the part and promised to come the next day. He no-showed, then said he would come by the day after, however failed to show again. We arranged several more times, all of which he failed to show for. We finally hired another locksmith, who was able to fix the sliding door and reported that whoever had re-keyed it previously had failed to re-assemble the lock properly, which was why it was not catching. Do not recommend.

Landscaping

Super fast response. Great service. Clean, efficient and friendly. I now have a new lock set with keys on my door.

It was wonderful. Chris called to set up an appointment. I took pictures and sent it to them. He was puntual, arrived on time, responsive, and informative.

I hired Hico to install a sprinkler system at my home. I was 100% satisfied with the quality of work performed . In fact I was so impressed I had Hico install a sprinkler system at two other of my properties. Chris and his crew are great. I strongly recommend them.

It was great! Now I don't need my key at work. Very neat. They came and finished right when they said they would. They were polite and professional.
