"[Member Name Removed] I apologize about our mix-ups and miscommunication. We did realize that the scheduling was incorrect once we heard back and that we mistakingly scheduled you for the morning time slot and corrected it. Once realizing our scheduling mistake we actually offered to send the housekeepers back at the originally scheduled time but you declined and set up a separate day and time. I now realize that the housekeepers arrived late and we failed to let you know that our afternoon arrival time is not set in stone. We have a window of 11:00 to 1pm in the afternoons because our morning appointments are unpredictable. This is stated on the reminder email but I understand that this can easily be overlooked. I apologize too that we mentioned the lock out fee when it was clearly a mistake on our end. Of course we would never charge you that fee because it was our mistake. Because the deal was not purchased through the Angie's List sight as most clients do when redeeming this deal we just charged as we would other non-Angie's List customers. Once you brought this deal up to us we corrected the invoice immediately and resent to you. Regarding the exterior windows: We do clean exterior windows of sliding or folding windows that come into the home. Many windows of modern homes do have slide and fold windows and we can clean the exterior side of the lower window and sometimes the upper pane will also fold into the home. Not every home is going to have all the items on our checklist that we include but we don't charge extra for these items and we only charge for the time we spend cleaning. Because of our scheduling and communication mishaps I would like to offer you 20% off your next scheduled cleaning with us if you do decide to use us again. We will make every effort to improve our communication regarding scheduling going forward.
