Highgarden Landscape

We have hired Highgarden for a few landscaping jobs over the last year and have been happy with the results. Unlike other landscaping companies, which are often difficult to reach, Russ is very quick to respond and to provide quotes. He is knowledgeable and always takes his time when meeting to discuss a project, to understand exactly what we are looking for and to provide advice when requested. When doing the work, he and his crew pay attention to detail. Russ personally ensures the finished product is up to his high standards. We are grateful to have found a landscaper who we know is reliable and who we will look to first for future jobs.

We started out contacting one of the contractors with a high number of good reviews but we did not get any response.  We have previously received a card in the mail from Highgarden but found no reviews on Angie?s List.  Since they are local we decided to call them.  They returned my call almost immediately and we scheduled a meeting the following week. <br /> Russ was very present to deal with and promptly responded with a quote and job description after the meeting.  He did not try pushing unnecessary work.  After a second meeting to clarify some of the items we agreed to have Highgarden do the work.  He asked for a deposit to buy the granite which I thought was reasonable. <br /> Russ started the job on time even though we've told him we are not in a rush.  The materials that he used were top notch.  His work was excellent and he delivered everything we agreed to plus more.  He did the job himself and he kept the site clean every day.  He responded to our only ?dislike? promptly and took action to ?fix? the issue.  He completed the job on time. <br /> I will recommend Highgarden to anyone looking to have high quality landscaping work done.  Do not be misled by the lack of reviews. Russ is a straight shooter and Highgarden was excellent with communicating with their customers. <br />
