Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
I had no idea my back gutters were so full of gunk until we had an extreme amount of rain in a short time. The water was overflowing no flowing down the downspouts. I just so happened to catch this company working on another house and I went out on a limb and asked for help. They finished their current job and came right to my backyard with latter in hands. Went on my roof and cleaned my gutters. Its not very often that you meet such helpful and humble men. They really helped me out and now I will be contact for them to do gutter guards and future work. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Metal Roofing - Install or Replace
I had Highland Construction replace my roof. They knocked a facial board off the front top of the house. When I brought it to their attention they said they'd fix it. However, they never did. Now, I have estimates from 3rd party companies that this repair will cost 3600 dollars. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I hope someday they will do the right thing and repair what they broke and promised to fix. But it's been over a year now, so I doubt it. Do not hire this company!

"We were contracted to replace the roof and everything was done very clean and precise based upon the scope of work . I was not contracted or paid to replace any missing facia board . With that being said, this client just now after a year since our work was completed, reached out on April 16?th 2026 inquiring if I could replace missing facia board that he thought we were responsible for. I told him no problem and made arrangements to replace the board next week."

I have a 100+ year old historic home that is 50+ ft at the peak that drops straight down. I could find no company that would even attempt to go up there. These guys said sure. Completely stripped all slate shingles, made repairs and shingled the roof in a mere three days. Very polite always available for questions and concerns. Quick response time. Able to work within my budget. The clean up was exemplary. I am using them for a second job. With no worries or concerns. Would recommend them to anyone.

Highland Construction performed superb quality of work on my house in Frostburg, MD. Shingle repair and sealing was needed on the roof. There was significant storm damage to the upper corner vinyl siding when the main power line connection was ripped loose from a fallen tree. The corner length of siding and several panels coming down the side were replaced to perfection. This work has to be coordinated with the power company for a disconnect/reconnect and Jeremy made sure the work was completely in a timely manner. I feel able to recommend Highland Construction confidently, with no doubts all customers will receive executive level service.

Recently sold our home. The home inspection showed some issues with the roof that needed some attention, to include the ridge vent and nail pops throughout. I contacted Highland Construction to do the repairs. They were there when they said they would be, and completed the job when they said they would. Very professional. They found some other issues that were simply cosmetic and took the steps to correct them as well. I have already recommended them to friends! Great experience start to finish!

Jeremy Hinkle and his crew were professional and efficient. They dealt with a tricky location (I live on a busy road so the dumpster for the old roof debris was not conveniently placed for their crew) and through cold and wet weather conditions, they knocked my job out of the park. At the conclusion of every work day, they left the property kid-safe and swept potential nails that may puncture my tires. They were professional and polite and above all else, so pleasant to be around. I love my new roof.... allowing me to now have a detached garage OFFICE~ One happy customer here! I'd highly recommend them.
