Exceptional! Tile had not looked that good in years. The Grout Doctor charged us a lot of money to paint grout. Billy, of Highlander, actually CLEANED the grout to look like new. He was careful, thorough, and professional. If you want your grout cleaned to like new, he is your guy!

It was fantastic. Billy is very thorough, punctual and knowledgeable. I would never have believed that my tile floors could look that good. They hadn't been professionally cleaned in over 5 years. They look like new!!!

They do excellent work. Our tile and grout was old, but I was very pleased with the way they were able to clean it. It almost looked like new. They go above and beyond to work with you and are very good at post-job cleanup. This is a good company that cares about the service they provide.

Billy is the owner of the company and he did the grout cleaning himself. He was very professional and punctual. The job was completed as promised and within the price range promised. I called 3 companies and he was the only one that called me back and he did it with a couple of hours of my message.

Billy was such a delight! I had a glass backsplash installed in my kitchen several months ago and needed someone to come and seal it. After some research, finally came across Billy. He came right out and, for $100 more, agreed to clean all the tile before sealing it. I was not in town while this service was performed, my assistant took over, but when I got home, I thought the tile had not been cleaned. When Billy was notified, he was more than happy to come back out and get the job done to what I had envisioned. Turns out, it was just a bit of miscommunication over what I originally wanted and what he understood. Not a problem! He was glad to ensure I was happy, and he walked me through the process of what he was doing. I was so impressed with his professionalism, I'm having him come back to do my floors as well! Billy accommodated me last minute and did not increase the price. My house is 13 years old. Billy performed an outstanding cleaning and the floor looks like new. I have used previous professionals that were less thorough and I have not had the same results. Some of the grout still was stained. <br /> Billy did such an incredible grout cleaning job that the tile and grout look shining new. He also returned today to seal the grout after letting it dry. Previous professionals sealed it without waiting for it to dry. Besides, Billy was polite, extremely professional, punctual and had a great personality. I would strongly recommend him. Absolutely amazing!! <br />

"As this is the only review that Highlander has ever had that said no to hiring again, I feel it is important that I respond. The cost of this deal was advertised in the Angie's List Store Front, that clearly explains what you are getting for the price. As a customer you buy the deal and pay for (pay Angie's List) it before I am involved. I do not think that it is fair on the highly professional services that my business provides to look at the store front deal, pay for it have the work done, that was clearly performed to my usual high standards, then complain about the price. Especially as there was no complaint about the price when I was there to perform the services. In fact, Ms MCollum said that she was glad she found me and glad to have my number when I gave her my card."

This review is very late, but better late than never. Highlander Hard Surface Restoration cleaned the tile in my home that had been severely dirtied by many pets making "mistakes" while they were in my house. I used to be in animal rescue. The cleaning I gave was fine for the tile, but the grout was quite nasty. I was on my knees many times trying to clean it with wire brushes and anything I thought might work. <br /> I finally called a professional, and Highlander performed a miracle! Highlander worked VERY HARD to get the worst spots clean and my floors gleamed. I apologize that this is so late, but want Angie's List to know how good this company is. I really don't remember the cost. <br />

They were fabulous! Showed up on time, did the job in half time as the owner brought an assistant. Floors looked better than new. House smelled wonderful. No terrible mess like I've had with Stanely Steamer and others previously. I plan to use them again this year and have the grout sealed. Thank you!! <br />
