Brian called early as he was close to my residence. Promptly showed up and replaced the shower cartridge. He made sure to show me what to look for in case there was a problem after he left. Prompt, professional, and cleaned up before he left.

Highlander sent a plumber to install my laundry tub pump and he did so in a timely manner. He had no idea of how my water softener system worked even though it was purchased from Highlander Plumbing. He suggested I call the manufacturer so I did. I was hoping for one serviceman to take care of both problems and could have if they would have sent Brian, the guy that installed it. Otherwise I was happy with the plumber and the pump installation

Work was done quickly and professionally. I needed a special order toilet which they took care of right away.

Brian came out to my house immediately in response to something that I perceived as an emergency situation. Brian diagnosed the problem as a relatively minor and inexpensive issue even though he clearly could have sold me on a very expensive and unnecessary repair. I will call use him again.

Guys came out and installed the part that we were told (by the manufacturer of the WH) would fix the problem and get our water heater working again. It did not work- the pilot would not stay lit even with the new part installed. This was the second plumber we paid for repairs that did not fix the problem. Their estimate for a replacement water heater was more than we could afford, so we did not hire them for that job.

Wes did a great job with the repair. He was polite, courteous and quick. Would definitely use them again.

Showed us what he had done, and explained what he found in (older) existing plumbing and how he checked that there were no leaks in the new work. Everything looks good and works well. Brian (owner) came out to check on the job. We are happy with the work.

Brian was both fast and efficient!  He arrived on time and got right to work. The old water heater was a little challenging to handle because it retained a lot of sedimentary buildup in the tank. However, this did not slow him down one bit. The new water heater was in very quickly. All the appropriate adjustments to the copper piping and valves were completed with care. Brian is a true professional I would highly recommend Highlander Plumbing in the future! <br />

We had a leak in a pipe near the water heater.  I told Brian I intended to replace the water heater so he applied a temporary fix - at no cost - rather than spend the time necessary to a long term fix. <br /> Because I have a large house and a large tub, the original configuration was a 40 gallon heater and a 50 gallon storage tank.  I had the storage tank removed when it began to leak a few years ago. <br /> The remaining heater was good for a shower or two but no more, and the water was cold before the tub was filled enough for the jets to kick in. <br /> Brian quoted me a high efficiency tank heater (with a storage tank) and a tankless model.  I've been considering a tankless heater for a long time but when I did the math, I decided a tankless was probably my best option.  Brian and Bill installed it a few days later and explained how to maintain it.  <br /> There doesn't seem to be any less water pressure but the supply of hot water never ends!  I highly recommend this company and the tankless option. <br />
