"I didn't respond because I run a professional business, I do the best I can to give 100% everytime. And I was actually threatened by this customer that if I didn't shred the check they wrote me, which I was there for 5 hours cleaning maybe longer, that she was going to post this review on here and also a bad review on my Google and everywhere else bashing my name, so I didn't respond because I have ethics and respect and I work 10x harder than most, I was having a bad day, everyone has bad days, but she was extremely rude to me and out of respect I won't ever respond rudely to a customer no matter if I think I am in the right or wrong. You can see all my other reviews. I do apologize for not being on my game that day. I told her when I got there I had alot going on. And I was sorry. They acted like it was all good. See you next week. Then I was texted very ugly things, and she has bashed my name for truly just mistakes I would have went fix or gave her the money back. But to act like everything is all great and then send me text messages basically threatening me. No mam, I won't respond. I'm sorry you had a bad experience. And I hope you find a good cleaning lady.
