I checked with several people/companies regarding taking a tree down and trimming. Most were extremely expensive or unprofessional. High N Tight Yards was neither of those. They responded promptly, provided a written estimate via email, came out to do the work when they promised, were very friendly and professional while doing the work, throughly cleaned up the area, and all the work looks great. Highly recommend!

Robert came out 2 weeks ago and gave me a quote for trimming a huge evergreen. We set up the service for today. Robert contacted me a couple times this morning letting me know when they'd arrive so I could prepare my dogs. They arrived on time and worked until the entire job was done, including clean up and removal. I'm highly satisfied with their work and would recommend them to everyone.

Unfortunately, they were late everyday and it made it difficult to have someone to meet them. I also had to take time off of work to finish cleaning up after them.

However, both days we were out there we seemed to have good lengthy conversations and build a good rapport with each other, if the yard needed to be cleaned more I wish you would have just contacted us and we would have been more than happy to come back out and make you a satisfied customer. I even remember you were going to recommend us to a few of your family members when we last talked. you average grade for us on each different category doesn't even add up to F. I'm sorry something happened that made your experience horrible for you, we would have been more then happy to come back out."

They called as soon as I put the request on Angie's List, came out the next day, were very professional and gave us a great quote. They did the work soon after, just like they said, cleaned it all up and everything. We couldn't be more pleased.

These guys were excellent they showed up when they said they would. They did exactly what we wanted plus more. They did a fantastic job of cleaning up which was a nice bonus. I will definitely be using them again.
