I couldn't be happier! The service from day 1 of project estimation/description to the last day of final touches was very professional, very helpful and very customer friendly. The work crew completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up the work site (my yard) every day. I was very impressed as I've had several workers (cable companies, direct TV, painters, etc) who leave their mess all over for the customer to clean up. The entire crew worked 10 hour days to get it done in 3 consecutive days which also impressed me greatly. No stopping in for a couple of hours then on to another job. The roof looks great & I'm sure it will last a long, long time.

This company is a scam. We were foolish enough to fall for their promise. Not only did we pay a high price for a promise of a new roof in a specific time period, after re-scheduling 7 times they did not show up. In the mean time we had our contractor put a tarp on it. After the tarp started wearing out we called High Performance Homes (HPF) to put on a replacement tarp while waiting for them to come install a new roof still. HPF finally showed up to replace the existing tarp. They did this simply by cutting the existing tarp in half. Then they nailed the existing piece down again. It leaked then next day in quite a few places. It leaked into the walls and light socket. A fire even started in one of the light sockets due to the rain. We finally told HPF not to come back This was told to the foreman in person, his boss and the secretary. Then while we were at work they came back and removed the roof when we were not at home. There is more but that is enough. This company will cause you nightmares, cost you a lot of money and stress.

Price was high but the salesman said they could get the work done in a date frame that was not far off. He wrote the time frame into the contract. The salesman asked for our wifi password which I refused to give. Do not select this company or even bother calling them. It is now 10 days past when they said they would finish the work. They moved the installation date 7 times and never did call when they did not show up for any of the promised dates. They promised to install a tarp but did not show up to do that. I called and said I would call the Better Business Bureau if that did not install a tarp and give me a firm work date. They came and tarped 1/2 of the house. Today they dropped off a trailer of used plywood. A group of workers got out and sat in my yard smoking for hours and never did any work. Roof has yet to be installed.

A neighborhood canvasser came by and offered to have a free estimate provided. When the scheduler called, they insisted on all responsible parties to be present. We soon got a visit from Landon, who was very knowledgeable and relatively low pressure. We took advantage of a discount for signing immediately and 24-month interest free financing. The price reflected our relatively large roof and an upgraded type of composition material. About six weeks later, the actual work started and it took five days. Rob was the team lead, and he was very polite and professional. The crew varied from 2 to 4. The crew didn't damage any landscaping and thoroughly cleaned up afterward. We think the roof looks very nice!

I was told they DON'T subcontract - Forever roofing did all the work I was told they would start the work in 6 weeks - they started in 9 weeks I fell for the " I can offer you a great deal if you sign today" gimmic. Bad move on my part. Come to find out, I paid double what I should have..... Bottom line - I would STRONGLY suggest you find a different company. I was lied to all along the way.

I needed my old aluminum framed windows replaced so I had HPH provide an estimate and do the work. They seemed very knowledgeable and provided me with several options. I selected basic vinyl frames. Once paying the down payment I was contacted to have exact measurements on the windows. This took about a month, which fit into our schedule. The windows were made within a couple weeks, and I was contacted to set up a time for installation. A team of 3 drove up from Salem, Oregon, to do the installation. The workmanship was great and cleanup met my satisfaction as well. Installation took 2 days.

I asked Jeff, the representative, to inspect the attic. I went with him and he explained to me that there was no damage inside yet. He went up on my roof and showed me photos of wear on my old roof. I signed the contract and we set a date to put on the new roof. They were supposed to deliver the materials on February 22nd and begin work on February 23rd. They did not deliver the materials until a day later then they told me. For the next 3 days they they told me that they would be there bright and early the next morning to start the installation. When Friday the 26th came, it was time for me to go back to work and they had not started the job. I am a nightshift worker and have to sleep during the day, so I couldn't have people on the roof pounding nails while I sleep. The work was delayed until March 7th. They showed up March 7th and worked on the roof for the next 4 days. The roof looks very good and the workmanship looks professional. On the last day, the last workmen came and picked up their tools but left some garbage in my back yard, including a piece of plywood. I called Nick, the foreman, and asked him to send them back to pick up the garage. He told me he would have them come pick it up, but they didn't. In the contract it says that the job site would be kept clean and the rain gutters would be cleaned out. The back rain gutter was full of shingle pieces with one piece completely occluding my downspout.

They're terrible. They don't seem to work too hard at their Angie's List image. They really took advantage of me. I felt like they overcharged me. They did things in such a way, whereby, work that may or may not have been needed to be done, depending on what they found, when they got the roofing off, was just included in the charge of my contract. In my contract, they had a form about, if you want to cancel it, you'll be charged one third of the amount of the contract. It was my own stupid fault because somehow, I got manipulated into such a state that I really wanted them to do it. They did re-roof the amount of roof they said they were going to, but I just felt like they sold me too much re-roofing. The leak was around the chimney and the water was coming down on one side of the chimney. He said he felt we needed to do the back half too, which increased the job by 100% He really didn't have any honest reasons for making that suggestion. I generally have bad feelings about them. I really feel the salesman was a swindler.

Everything went great with the company, besides the communication. The workers work excellent and worked very hard, but for a week or two the communication lacked.

The representative was very thorough with explanation and demonstration of the different types of windows. Approximate time fir the windows to be made was to be 4-5 weeks. The gutters were installed approximately 3 1/2 weeks. The crew did an excellent job even pointing out a few spots on our roof that would require our attention.

The windows were ordered on 2/28/15, but installation was not completed until 6/3/15. This was due in part to receiving a window that was not ours and a specific molding had to be ordered to accommodate adjustments that had to be made for installing windows in a mobile home. The crew was great and did an excellent job.

We have noticed a definite reduction of noise with the new windows. ( We live next to 1-5 freeway) and the house staying cooler than expected during this unusually warm summer.

Other than the order wait time of the windows, we are more than satisfied with the service and product.

The salesman, Taylor, was very personable, friendly, and... convincing! We ended up spending a couple hours with him one evening working out details. He made us very comfortable with the decisions we made. In the end the roof looks good and they crew were friendly, but the real problem here is the scheduling and customer service.
My wife got a voicemail on her cellphone on Friday afternoon at 3:00 PM from Val saying that they were going to come get started early Monday morning, and we should call them before 4:00 if there were any problems. We didn't get the message until after 4:00. We'd never had any conversations with anyone at the company after the initial sale, which means they arbitrarily scheduled a start date for us and gave us a one-hour warning. We had insurance people coming the following week to inspect the roof damage, so the last thing I wanted was someone coming to tear off the roof!
The number she left was mumbled and garbled so I called every possible iteration leaving frantic voicemails on some wrong-numbers. On Saturday a manager of some sort called and apologized. Nevertheless, Monday morning a huge dumpster got dropped on our driveway. Luckily, their crew did not show up.
Throughout the process, getting through to the company was always problematic. For instance, no matter how many times I told them to call my number, they continued to call my wife's cellphone?she's a teacher and not available most of the day. I eventually took to calling the salesman, Taylor, so that he would take care of things, since Val and her colleagues weren't responsive.
Weeks went by after the job was done, and we never heard from the company for our "final walkthrough" that was promised. In fact, the dumpster continued to sit there. I called Taylor to get them to remove the dumpster ask about the walkthrough. In the end we had the dumpster in our driveway for about a month. Still no final walkthrough.
A month later, they must have realized that their paperwork was incomplete, and rushed someone over to get us to sign the completion notice, at which point I made him give me the promised walkthrough before I would sign anything. Another month later I was in the garden and Taylor drove up asking me to resign the paperwork due to an error in the way they ran the credit check.
The crew worked some long hours getting stuff done. They were friendly and not disruptive. The roof looks good, but I'm not well qualified to judge their work. I only found two pieces of debris in the yard afterward?admittedly one was an 8-inch nail! The crew who installed the gutters did damage some of the bushes around the downspouts.

Taylor was very knowledgable and helpful, and the crew was friendly and hard working, but the company was difficult to work with.

Dennis and I just want to let you know what a great crew we had installing our windows and patio doors. Tony, Rob, and Robert did a great job. Was on time professional and courteous. Answered all of our questions. We would highly recommend them to all our friends who need this kind of work done.

We were very pleased with how quickly they were able to get to our roof ? at least three weeks sooner than anticipated. The work itself was completed very quickly and the crew they sent out to our house was very polite.

While time will tell, to my untrained eye, the work appears to have been done neatly and correctly.

The clean-up was well done and the roof looks great. There is one roofed ?awning? that isn?t obvious for roofing and they initially missed that section. They got a team out to complete that section quickly when we pointed it out and offered to wait for sign-off on the job until they completed that section.

We were a little unhappy with how long it took to get the dumpster out of our driveway ? seven days after the job was finished and still counting ? but recognize that it?s at least partly out of their control.

Workers were on time and got to work immediately. They worked to get the project done quickly and efficiently. Quality was not sacrificed one bit by their quick work. Took only two days for the roof to be completed and about four hours for the gutters.
