My husband is ill and I needed help. My water heater wasn't working so I called High Speed Plumbing. Donald was wonderful ! He arrived earlier than expected and was very personable. He found the problem quickly and replaced the water heater and some electrical problems. I had smelled plastic burning so I was very concerned. I now have hot water and am not concerned about a fire hazard. I would recommend this company and will call Donald the next time I have an issue. Great experience !!

Evening accident that broke our incoming water main valve. Donald showed up asap Friday evening. Prepped everything, but had to source a specialty part unique to the original plumbers install. He was back Saturday at 7:00 am with the new part, and completed the repair about a hour later. Perfect job, and incredible price. You cannot go wrong.

I feel so lucky I found Donald! He replied to my inquiry lightening fast and was able to come out same day to rescue me. My water heater sprung a leak and flooded my garage and got the walls wet. I was able to attach a hose, shut off the electrical, shut off the water and release the pressure valve but only a little water came out and I couldn't get it to drain. Donald was able to come the same day I sent an inquiry to pump out the remaining water (almost full tank) and remove the water heater. He helped me pick out a new water heater and came a couple days later to put the new one in for me (I needed time to get the walls dry and clean before installing the new one). He went above and beyond and also replaced the shut off valve that wasn't fully working (it had a slow leak/drip). He way outbid every other plumber out there and provided quality, professional work! I couldn't believe it! If you need a knowledge professional for your water heater, call Donald!
