High Tech Cleaning

I have been using them for 21 years and they do an excellent job. It was between $200 & $300. I recommend them to all my friends and clients.

Two workers came. Everything was excellent when they left. It took, maybe an hour and a half. Price - I can’t really compare, I’m not really sure. I hate spending a lot of money. They do such a good job that it is really worth it. The owner is very personably, he is wonderful.

<p>We have used this company exclusively to clean our carpets for the last ten years. The recent job was especially difficult as the carpet was a light shade and had about six years of spills/spots of my favorite wine and various remnants of food consumed in this room. After making the original call, Victor returned a call to understand the scope of the job. He showed up promptly at 9:00 AM and began to clean spots on the carpet. He followed that up with a full cleaning which took approximately one hour. One example of the care taken to our home was the use of plastic protectors at all corners to ensure nothing would be damaged by the hoses running to the truck.</p> <p>We received a call two days later to be sure we were satisfied with the job. This firm has consistently done an excellent job and we would not consider hiring anyone else to care for our carpets. </p> <br />

They are fantastic. I've had them at my home at least 4 or 5 times after using another big name company that I would never recommend. It is a family owned business. He personally comes to the house and explains what he is going to do and what he is going to put down. He goes through the individual steps. It is amazing. They put the little styrofoam blocks underneath the furniture to keep it from staining the carpet if there is any water or metal. They are very careful about everything. They are very good about telling me to take anything valuable out of the room. They also tell me to remove pets or any creatures that might bite them from the area. They are wonderful.

They are excellent. They are very good. They have very good service and they do a great job on the carpets. I definitely recommend them to the others. They were really good. We will definitely use their services again in the future.

First they perform an extensive vacuuming of the entire carpet area to be cleaned. They then spot treat any surface with visible stains. Next they perform the extraction/cleaning process, using a large hose I believe attatched to a compressor in their service van. All moisture is then removed from the carpets and a large rake is used to comb the carpet surface. And last, a scotchguard treatment is applied and the carpet and allowed to dry The furniture that is movable(within reason) is propped on small styrofoam blocks to allow complete drying underneath. I have ceiling fans that I use to help dry the rug, and it usually dries i less than 24hrs depending on the weather conditions . I have used other services like stanley steamer and have found hi-tech to be superior to all others. Yhey also offer upholstery and tile and grout cleaning as well.
