It was good. They've been here for many years. They were dependable, did quality work, and they adhered to the city permit.

I have used Hightower Service for 21 years. These were the 7th and 8th Carrier systems I have purchased from them across multiple properties. My experience is consistently good to excellent. All of their people are well-trained and extremely professional. My 5th and 6th systems were purchased last year and I thought maybe I should get a competitive bid. I contacted another company and the bid was similar. Hightower was slightly higher, but knowing what to expect - and expecting them to deliver - is worth a small premium. I have referred this company to many of my friends - and they are all still friends! We have all of our systems (11 in total) on annual maintenance and rarely have problems as they recommend appropriate preventative maintenance when needed. My original 3 systems from Hightower are starting to get old. When their time comes Hightower will get the call. The cost on this job represented two new units, electrical work, and complete replacement of old duct systems.

I have had a contract for spring and fall inspection of my AC/Heating system. They are knowledgeable. They schedule in a timely manner. They call before they come. They are efficient and thorough in what they do. They are courteous and professional. I always seem to have a question or two and they are thorough in their explanations. I the past, I have also used them when I purchased a new heating and ac system about 3 years ago and also had them replace some very old duct work.

I've used them for years and years. I have an annual service contract with them.

Very professional. The outdoor unit had problems and they made good on their promise to replace after repeated efforts by the manufacturer failed to fix the problem. Problem with unit was entirely manufacturer issue.

Arrived on time, reviewed the project and project timeline as well as introduced all of the team members working on the site before they began demo. Kept me updated when they took lunch break and progress on the job. Cleaned up at the end of each day before they departed for the day. Work seemed to go as planned and job was completed on time. Tested system and walked me through attic reviewing all of the work completed. Would highly recommend for HVAC work and will continue to use Hightower Service. <br />

The service men were extremely professional. They informed us as they went thru the process of replacing the old fan. They installed an additional rod and placed the new fan on the pitched ceiling.  <br /> When finished they hauled the old fan off and cleaned everything up. <br /> Hightower Service, Inc. is awesome and the service people always do a great job, for electricity matters as well as for air conditioning matters. <br /> We highly recommend Hightower Service, Inc. for all electricity and air conditioning issues. <br /> Their professionalism and knowledge ensure that my wife and I have peace of mind. <br /> <br />

When they replaced the ventilation, they worked very hard to try and get it covered under the warranty for me. They have always arrived on time and have never missed an appointment. They always send out a technician who is very professional and courteous. They go over and above the call of duty. They are a family owned business and have been in Arlington for over sixty years. I have used their services for years and they have been very reliable. Their pricing seems fair and their quality of work is great.

They are very professional. This isn't the first time that we had them out. We have been using them actually for years and every time they are very professional, they explain things very well for a simple mind like mine which is not mechanical, and if I don't understand they will even talk to my husband about all that. They are very easy to understand and punctual.

When we had our yearly pre-summer AC checkup the technician told us about the age of the existing AC unit, 1997. He suggested that it was time to replace the AC unit. By doing so, we would save a lot of money. When the technicians arrived to install the new unit they were extremely professional and used covers for the floor. It took them about 9 hours to install, configure and test the new AC unit. <br /> They hauled the old AC unit off and cleaned up after they finished the job. <br /> Yesterday in the afternoon the Office called us to schedule a test session for next week and to answer our questions if we have any. <br /> My wife and I are extremely satisfied with Hightower Service, Inc. We also use them for all our electricity needs. <br />

They did a tune up and added Freon. I was so pleased and they are so great. They are honest, and I've had two different guys come out on separate occasions, and they've made me feel comfortable each time. They are my A/C people!

The quality of work was unbelievable.

They have always done a really good job and they come when they say they're going to come. We haven't had any problems with them not showing up.

It went well. They came out on short notice and was able to provide us with a written evaluation by the end of the day.

<p>I have used Hightower Service for my spring and fall HVAC maintenance for a number of years and have been very satisfied with their service and professionalism. I looked to them when I wanted to update my HVAC system to something quieter and more energy efficient. I contacted Hightower and Jeff West was able to come to my house that day. He measured the house to determine the appropriate sized unit. He also checked for adequate return flow to handle a new system. It was determined that I would need to significantly increase my return flow capacity. Jeff discussed with me the various products that Carrier had available. I opted for the Infinity 20 Heat Pump with Greenspeed Inteligence and the Infinity 80 gas furnace. He also discussed financing options available to me.</p> <p>We set up the installation so that it would be completed by 12/31/2013. This would enable me to take advantage of the federal tax credit. Jeff said it would take two days to complete the installation.</p> <p>The installation team of Juan, Eddie, Armando and Andrew arrived promptly at 8:30 on 12/30/2013. They worked very hard and wasted no time. The removal and installation was difficult and took longer than expected. Installing additional return ducts/ vents was no easy task in my 60 year old house. The closet that houses the furnace is extremely small so getting the old furnace out and putting in the new furnace became very labor intensive. </p> <p>Because the unit was not running by 5:00 PM they gave me some options. They could bring in heaters to keep me warm during the night or they would work into the night until they had the unit running. I opted to have them work late which meant they worked until 9:00 PM.</p> <p>The crew returned the following day to complete the installation. They were all very professional, quiet, and efficient. They did an excellent job of cleaning up - even did a couple of things they didn't need to do. Because the furnace closet was so small they had to remove the entire door jamb. They sent a carpenter out the next day to install the door jamb and door.</p> <p>I am delighted with my new system. It is so much more quiet than my old system which sounded like a 747 taking off when the furnace fan kicked on. Also I am finding I have a better balance of air throughout my house (no hot/cold areas).</p> <br />

We have always used Hightower for our cooling and heating needs. This was the first time we used the electrical part of the company. Work was done on time and in a professional manner. Would definitely use them again.
